Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage permettant d'assembler mécaniquement de façon permanente deux pièces à assembler l'une à l'autre. L'objectif de l'invention est de proposer un procédé d'assemblage qui soit amélioré et simplifié par rapport à la possibilité de compensation de variations dimensionnelles de pièces à assembler. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que le procédé d'assemblage comprend les étapes qui consistent a) à aligner de façon exacte une première et une seconde pièce à assembler (1, 4) dans une position d'assemblage, avec formation d'un interstice d'assemblage (7) entre les surfaces à assembler (3, 3a; 6, 6a) des pièces à assembler (1, 4); b) à fixer au moins de façon temporaire les pièces à assembler (1, 4) dans cette position d'assemblage; c) à remplir l'interstice d'assemblage (7) d'un agent d'assemblage fluide (8) et d) à faire durcir l'agent d'assemblage (8) dans l'interstice d'assemblage (7) de manière à former une liaison permanente qui assure des forces de cohésion et d'adhésion et qui transmet les forces apparaissant entre les pièces à assembler (1, 4).
