Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de revêtement de film et d'imagerie à gravure interne. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes, consistant à : (1) préparer et nettoyer une ébauche de verre en forme de coupelle, (2) appliquer un revêtement sous vide à une surface interne ou à une surface externe de l'ébauche de façon à former une couche de revêtement, (3) sélectionner et entrer une image dans un ordinateur pour le traitement, entrer les données dans une machine de gravure interne à laser, (4) disposer l'ébauche de verre sur un panneau d'actionnement, commander la machine de gravure interne à laser avec l'ordinateur, après quoi le laser pénètre dans la couche de revêtement et écrit l'image dans l'ébauche de verre, un film de revêtement est dissous par un trajet de lumière laser de façon à former en même temps une image en creux similaire sur la couche de revêtement. L'invention porte également sur un produit de coupelle de lampe, qui est produit avec ledit procédé. Les avantages résident en ce que : l'image peut être obtenue en même temps sur la couche de revêtement et dans l'ébauche, l'image ayant une précision élevée et un effet fin. Le produit de coupelle de lampe adopté dans le procédé présente de bons effets artistiques et une qualité en trois dimensions élevée, et évite une déformation ou une détérioration.
