Abstract

L'invention porte sur une roche naturelle combinée avec une résine comportant une veine multicolore par combinaison d'un minéral inorganique naturel avec de la résine, ce qui permet ainsi d'obtenir un composé de ton multicolore, qui est ensuite soumis à une pulvérisation de divers pigments de différentes couleurs, et sur un procédé de fabrication de cette roche. Le procédé de fabrication comprend les opérations consistant à combiner 88 à 89 % en poids d'une pluralité de types de poudre minérale naturelle avec 11 à 12 % en poids de résine, ce qui permet ainsi de préparer un mélange (13) de ton multicolore et comprenant des particules en vrac; envoyer le mélange de ton multicolore sous la forme de feuille sur une plaque d'empilage (14) sans broyage supplémentaire, ce qui permet ainsi de former une feuille composite (15); pulvériser une pluralité de pigments de différentes couleurs sur la feuille composite, puis agiter la feuille composite dans la totalité de son épaisseur, ce qui permet ainsi de former la feuille composite comportant une veine multicolore; et soumettre la feuille composite à un moulage par compression sous haute pression, ce qui permet ainsi de fabriquer une roche naturelle combinée avec de la résine dont la résistance est déterminée.
