Definitions
- the invention relates to a drive unit for an electric window of a motor vehicle.
- a cable In an electric window of a motor vehicle, a cable is often used with an electric drive unit.
- An electric motor usually drives a cable drum via a worm gear. On the cable drum, the two ends of a steel cable are struck so that upon rotation one end up and the other is unwound. It usually pulls the pull rope via a Bowden cable and pulleys two running on guide rails window fasteners, whereas the rope end is wound without train on the cable drum.
- such an electric window is provided with a pinch protection. If the drive torque for closing the window exceeds a specific limit depending on the window position, an obstacle is assumed. The window must be reversed again to release the obstacle.
- As input for the anti-trap protection usually information about the position of the window is required. Based on the position of the window, e.g. determines whether there is an obstacle or the window has reached its end position. The position of the window is usually determined by the revolutions of the drive shaft of the electric motor. The number of revolutions is e.g. measured by means of a Hall sensor corresponding to a ring magnet mounted on the drive shaft.
- the Hall sensor is usually mounted on a printed circuit board integrated in the drive unit, on which the output signal of the Hall sensor is pre-processed, and which has an interface for transmitting this output signal to an electronics designed to detect the Einklemmfalls.
- the circuit board is usually mounted at right angles to the drive shaft to position the Hall sensor as close to the ring magnet as possible. As a result, a comparatively high space requirement for the drive unit is caused.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a drive unit that requires a particularly small space.
- the drive unit comprises a transmission housing with a worm gear, and an electric drive motor which is coupled via a drive shaft with a worm of the worm gear.
- the drive shaft coaxially a ring magnet is applied.
- the drive unit comprises a printed circuit board which has a Hall sensor corresponding to the ring magnet. In this case, the circuit board is arranged obliquely to the axis of the drive shaft in the transmission housing.
- the space in the gear housing can be particularly well utilized.
- the transmission housing and thus the drive unit can be built very small.
- the ring magnet is conical.
- the circuit board is inclined with its surface at an angle to the axis of the drive shaft, which corresponds to half the cone opening angle of the ring magnet.
- the circuit board is usefully arranged such that the Hall sensor located thereon is in the immediate vicinity of the ring magnet. Since the angle of attack of the circuit board corresponds to half the cone opening angle of the ring magnet, the Hall sensor mounted on the circuit board is aligned with its side facing the ring magnet substantially parallel to the lateral surface of the cone.
- a cone opening angle of the ring magnet of about 45 ° has proven to be an advantageous dimensioning.
- the ring magnet is applied to the drive shaft such that its smaller diameter end faces the drive motor.
- the ring magnet is preferably applied on that side of the drive shaft, at which the drive shaft emerges from the drive motor. The ring magnet is therefore located directly or at a short distance from the drive motor on the drive shaft.
- the gear housing has a housing shell, in particular made of plastic, which has an opening on the side of the drive shaft, in particular for introducing the printed circuit board. This opening is provided with a lid in which the circuit board is partially received.
- This design favors the particularly compact design of the drive unit.
- the Getriebege- housing on the side of the drive shaft on an interface with the optional and mutually interchangeable an electronic module or one or more cable connection adapters are contacted.
- This uniform interface for different modules or plugs advantageously creates a kind of modular system. For example, based on drive motors of different performance classes and / or different brush holders, drive units for a large number of applications can be realized by standardizing the interface.
- a variant with an integrated electronic module is provided in which the electronic module is plugged directly onto the interface.
- the electronic module on the one hand contacts to the circuit board ("sensor contacts"), with which in particular the signal of the Hall sensor is tapped, and on the other hand contacts to the terminals of the electric drive motor ("electrical contacts").

Description
Beschreibung
