  • the purpose of the proposed invention is to assure a still greater angle between the stable pins and pivotable pins by opening the mechanism, and at the same time that the lever in the disengaged state of said pin would be placed in such a position that transposition of sheets stored in the document file would be possible, by which a reliable operation of such mechanism would have to be assured by minimum possible modifications of the existing construction concept of such a file mechanism and if possible on the basis of incorporation of the existing base plate together with the existing clamping set at least as semi-products used in manufacturing of such products. If such problem could be successfully re-solved, then the invention could be realized promptly and with minimum financial assets, which are otherwise required for the purposes of development and manufacturing of working tools and other manufacturing accessories.
