Abstract

　組織形態の保持と核酸(特にRNA)の質の保持を両立する標本作製方法を開発することを目的する。さらに該方法で作製された標本よりマイクロダイセクション法によって所望の細胞を採取し、所望の細胞の遺伝子発現を解析することを目的とする。 　以下の工程を含む凍結または未凍結の全身諸臓器又は組織(硬組織を除く)の標本作製方法: １)目的とする臓器または組織をPFA液で固定する; ２)AMeX法によるパラフィン包埋を行う。
