Abstract

 本発明による被検体溶液に含まれるエタノールの同位体比の迅速分析方法は、被検体溶液を、密閉容器中にヘッドスペースとして気相部分を残して密閉し、該気相部分に固相マイクロ抽出(SPME)ファイバーを挿入して、被検体溶液中のエタノールを吸着時間約1時間以内として吸着させることによってサンプルを得、該サンプルをガスクロマトグラフ-熱分解/燃焼-同位体比質量分析計(GC-TC/C-IRMS)に付して、エタノールの同位体比を質量比として得、これを、同位体既知サンプルより得られた基準値と対比することを特徴とするものである。本発明によれば、燃料や低アルコール飲料等のエタノール低濃度試料中のエタノール同位体比を、高精度かつ高感度で、迅速かつ容易に分析可能である。
