 下記一般式(1)であらわされるスルホン酸塩である。 (Rfはそれぞれ独立にフッ素原子または炭素数1~3のパーフルオロアルキル基、R1は炭素数1~8の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基、R2はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、フッ素原子、またはフッ素原子で置換されても良い炭素数1~8の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基を示す。mは0~3の整数、nは1~3の整数を示す。Mk+はk価の陽イオンを示し、kは1~4の整数を示す。)
