Abstract

　本発明は、バイオセンシングにおける磁性粒子の新たな応用展開として、その標識としての優位性を生かしながら、センシングのスループットを同時に改善する、新規なバイオセンシング方法を提供することを目的とする。バイオセンシングにおけるアフィニティ反応において、リガンドを磁性微粒子に固定化し、当該磁性微粒子をアフィニティ反応の反応場に向けて強制的に磁気誘導することによって、センシングにおける律速因子であるアフィニティ反応を迅速化する。本発明においては、上記磁性微粒子として、高分散性と高い磁気応答性の両方を併せ持つことを特徴とした被覆磁性微粒子を採用する。本発明によれば、アフィニティ反応が迅速且つ高密度に発生し、その結果、従来に比べて格段に短い時間で大きなシグナルを得ることができる。
