Abstract

 波長変換レーザ100は、共振器を有する固体レーザと、共振器内に配置される波長変換素子6とを備え、固体レーザは、少なくとも2種類以上のレーザ結晶4、5を含み、複数の波長の固体レーザ光を発振し、波長変換素子6は、前記複数の波長の固体レーザ光を複数の波長の第2高調波及び和周波に変換し、複数の波長の第2高調波及び和周波を同時に発生させ、波長変換レーザ100は、スペクトル幅の広い低コヒーレントの波長変換光を出力し、高効率で安定した高出力発振を行うことができる。
