Abstract

 この発明は、撮像ユニット先端に設けられる、例えば内視鏡用鏡枠(10)のような、中空部分(例えば照明用孔(12)、撮像用孔(16))を有する、光学素子固定用部品に関する。この部品は、金属材料の溶湯が成形金型内に射出充填され、10°C/秒以上で冷却されることで作製された20°C以上のガラス遷移領域、および15×10-6/°C以下の線膨張係数を有する非晶質合金からなる成形品を備える。また、この発明は、光学素子固定用部品と、この光学素子固定用部品の中空部分の少なくとも1つに、溶融温度が前記非晶質合金のガラス遷移温度未満であるハンダにより固定されている光学素子(例えば照明用レンズ(13)、対物レンズ(20))とを有する撮像ユニットに関する。本発明によれば、強度、耐久性、耐食性、寸法精度、形状安定性および生産性に優れる光学素子固定用部品、および光学素子固定用部品を用いた撮像ユニットが得られる。
