Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de remplissage de carburant destiné à un réservoir de carburant de véhicule. Ce dispositif comporte une ouverture (15a) destinée au remplissage de carburant et située sur la paroi supérieure (3a) d'un réservoir de carburant (3) conçu pour contenir de l'éthanol servant de carburant au moteur du véhicule. Le dispositif comporte également un tube de guidage de remplissage de carburant (15) s'étendant depuis l'ouverture de remplissage de carburant (15a) jusqu'au réservoir de carburant (3). Le tube de guidage de remplissage de carburant (15) comporte un dispositif coupe-flammes (21) recouvrant une ouverture inférieure du tube de guidage (15) et permettant au carburant de s'écouler en évitant une entrée de feu. Le tube de guidage de remplissage de carburant (15) comporte également une jupe (27) s'étendant vers le bas depuis le bord périphérique extérieur du dispositif coupe-flammes (21). La jupe (27) permet d'empécher une convection d'air produite par que le dispositif coupe-flammes (21) entre le réservoir de carburant (3) et le tube de guidage de remplissage de carburant (15). Le dispositif coupe-flammes (21) empêche le feu d'entrer dans l'ouverture de remplissage de carburant et de se propager dans le réservoir de carburant, et permet également d'éviter que le gaz éthanol ne remonte de la partie supérieure du réservoir de remplissage au tube de guidage de remplissage de carburant.
