Abstract

 従来の球状樹脂粒子より優れた光拡散性をおよび光透過性を与え、スクリーン等の最終製品の性能を向上させることができる光拡散剤を提供する。  本発明の光拡散剤は、表面に多数のくぼみを有する球状樹脂粒子を含み、透明性、光学的物性に優れているため、この光拡散剤を用いた光拡散フィルムは、優れた光拡散性と全光線透過性を有する。そのため、どのような位置から散乱光を見た場合においても、良好な光拡散性と全光線透過性とがバランスよく充足された光拡散フィルムであって、液晶表示のバックライト、透過型スクリーン、照明器具、電飾看板等に広く利用することができる。
