Abstract
Des fiabilités, notamment une caractéristique anticorrosive électrochimique, d'un module de cellule solaire en couche mince sont améliorées. Dans le module de cellule solaire en couche mince, une couche d'électrode transparente formée sur une surface principale d'un substrat en verre transmettant la lumière, une couche semi-conductrice optique et au moins une partie d'une couche métallique sont séparées en une pluralité de cellules et électriquement intégrées entre elles. Le module de cellule solaire en couche mince comporte une section d'exposition périphérique où le verre du substrat en verre transmettant la lumière est exposé. La section d'exposition périphérique est formée par élimination chimique ou par un faisceau optique de la couche d'électrode transparente, de la couche semi-conductrice optique et de la couche métallique au niveau de la section périphérique du substrat en verre transmettant la lumière sur 0,5 mm ou plus à partir de la section d'extrémité périphérique le long de la périphérie de surface principale. Au moins sur la section d'exposition périphérique, un matériau de revêtement isolant est agencé, et un matériau de charge de scellement est agencé sur le matériau de revêtement isolant.
