Abstract

L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs peptidiques des lymphocytes T régulateurs. Les peptides selon l'invention sont dérivés de la protéine FOXP3 et inhibent son interaction avec les NFAT. De tels peptides sont efficaces pour bloquer l'interaction entre FOXP3 et NFAT et provoquer l'apoptose des lymphocytes T régulateurs matures. De tels peptides présentent un potentiel prometteur pour la manipulation des réponses immunitaires chez l'homme.
