Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de fibres composites, comprenant la dispersion de particules colloïdales dans un solvant, l'injection de la dispersion dans un co-écoulement d'une solution de coagulation polymérique pour former une pré- fibre, la circulation de la pré-fibre dans une conduite, l'extraction, le lavage éventuel et le séchage de la pré- fibre pour obtenir une fibre, et le bobinage de la fibre ainsi obtenue, caractérisé en ce que le temps de résidence minimum de la pré-fibre au sein de la conduite est ajusté afin qu'elle ait une résistance mécanique suffisante pour être extraite de la conduite, et en ce que son extraction soit verticale continue. L'invention concerne également les fibres composites susceptibles d'être obtenues suivant ce procédé.
