Abstract

　電柱や円柱などの円柱の状態（撓み等）を正確且つ迅速に計測できる光学装置を提供する。投影板（４６）を有する望遠鏡（１６）を備えた光学装置（１０）である。投影板（４６）は、望遠鏡（１６）の中心軸（１８）を中心として円周方向に連続又はほぼ連続した複数の円（５１）を含む参照スケール（５０）、または、少なくとも望遠鏡（１６）の中心軸（１８）を中心とする複数の円弧（５１’）を中心軸（１８）に対して左右対称に配置した参照スケール（５０）が設けてある。
