Abstract
本発明は、生体内留置物、例えばステントの製造工程や輸送工程、更に臨床使用時におけるステント拡張時に、ステント表面に形成されたコーティング層が破壊される恐れが低く、安全性の高い生体内留置物を提供し、または、できるだけ早期に薬剤が消失することにより残存薬剤の副作用低減を期待でき、かつ、再狭窄を抑制することが可能な必要最少量の薬剤を担持可能な生体内留置物を提供する。 本発明は、生体内留置物本体と、前記生体内留置物本体の表面の少なくとも一部に形成される中鎖脂肪酸トリグリセリドを含有する層とを有する、生体内の管腔に留置する生体内留置物により上記課題を解決する。
