La composition cosmétique selon l'invention réduit les rides de 40 à 80 % dès la première application. La composition cosmétique selon l'invention permet de réduire les effets du vieillissement de la peau et de la retarder.
Description
CREME BIP ANTI-RIDES
La présente invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de l'alun de potassium pour la fabrication d'une composition cosmétique d'une crème anti-rides destinée à l'usage humain. Elle se rapporte également à une composition cosmétique destinée à l'usage humain comprenant de l'alun de potassium ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de cette composition pour le traitement externe des rides.
L'alun de potassium est un mélange de deux composés appartenant à la classe des minéraux de sulfate :
Le sulfate double d'aluminium et de potassium hydraté noté KAl (SO4)2 12H2O.
L'alun de potassium est donc composé d'un mélange d'hydroxyde d'aluminium, de sulfate d'hydrogène et d'eau. L'alun de potassium est également connu sous le nom de sulfate double d'aluminium et de potassium ou d'alun de potasse. Cet agent actif fait partie de la classe chimique des sulfates et de la sous-classe chimique des sulfates hydratés sans anion étranger.

L'alun de potassium est plus particulièrement un astringent et un hémostatique. Il est déjà décrit chez l'homme dans le traitement des coupures, des boutons d'acné, de l'herpès et comme anti-transpirant.
Le brevet divulgue l'utilisation de l'alun de potassium en traitement externe sous forme d'un prototype de crème constitué à elle du mélange de l'alun de potassium et d'un excipient tel que l'hydrocreme, le 1 ,2,3-propanetriol. Ces mélanges s'apparentent à des préparations expérimentales utilisées dans le cadre de premiers résultats d'une preuve de concept. En effet, les éléments divulgués dans ce brevet ne donnent aucun enseignement à l'homme du métier sur la faisabilité de compositions cosmétiques contenant de l'alun de potassium industriellement acceptables, ayant une bonne cosméticité et une péremption largement suffisante pour un produit cosmétique (minimum 1 an).
Malgré le fait que toutes ces utilisations chez l'homme sont limitées à des utilisations expérimentales, le demandeur a mis au point une composition cosmétique destinée au traitement externe des rides de l'homme contenant de l'alun de potassium. En outre, le demandeur a constaté de façon surprenante que la composition selon l'invention présente une parfaite tolérance pour la peau et une réduction des rides de manière conséquente en une seule application. En effet, il s'avère qu'elle est particulièrement adaptée au traitement externe des rides de la peau.
La présente invention a également pour objet l'utilisation de l'alun de potassium pour la fabrication d'une composition cosmétique destinée à l'usage humain et l'utilisation de ces compositions cosmétiques pour le traitement du vieillissement de la peau.
La composition cosmétique selon l'invention est destinée au traitement externe de la peau et peut se présenter sous forme liquide, pâteuse ou solide et plus particulièrement sous forme d'onguents, de crèmes, de laits, de pommades, de poudres, de tampons imbibés, de syndets, de lingettes, de solutions, de gels et de lotions. Cette composition pour application peut se présenter sous forme aqueuse, sous forme d'émulsion.
La composition selon l'invention contient de manière préférentielle de 0,001 à 80 gr d'alun de potassium en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. Plus préférentiellement, la composition selon l'invention contient de 60 à 80 gr d'alun de potassium en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.
La composition cosmétique selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'une crème. La composition cosmétique selon l'invention pourra en outre contenir des additifs inertes ou des combinaisons de ces additifs tel que :
• des agents mouillants
• des agents conservateurs
• des agents stabilisants
• des agents émulsionnants
• des agents UV-A et UV-B
• des antioxydants tel que l'x-tocophérol
Bien entendu, l'homme du métier veillera à choisir le ou les éventuels composés à ajouter à ces compositions de telles manière que les propriétés avantageuses attachées intrinsèquement à la présente invention ne soient pas ou substantiellement pas altérées par les additions envisagées.
L'utilisation de l'alun de potassium pour la fabrication d'une composition d'un crème cosmétique à usage humain selon l'invention est destinée au traitement externe du vieillissement de la peau.
Par vieillissement de la peau, on entend plus particulièrement la formation des rides, des ridules et des pattes d'oie.
La composition selon l'invention est particulièrement adaptée et efficace dans le traitement des rides de la peau dès la première application.
La composition selon l'invention permet une réduction significative de 40 à 80 % selon le sujet des rides, des ridules et des pattes d'oie dès la première application.
La composition cosmétique selon l'invention préserve les fonctions naturelles de la peau, c'est-à-dire d'autoréguler et de maintenir une hydratation constante et équilibrée de la peau.
L'utilisation de l'alun de potassium pour la fabrication d'une composition d'une crème cosmétique à usage humain selon l'invention dans le traitement externe des rides de la peau permet d'éviter du fait de son action astringente, hydratante et émolliente la dégradation des élastines et des collagènes responsables du vieillissement de la peau et de l'apparition des rides, des ridules et des pattes d'oie.
La composition cosmétique selon l'invention pénètre directement à la source de l'apparition des rides en ayant un effet rétenteur et régulateur d'eau, car c'est cette même perte en eau qui est à l'origine du vieillissement de la peau, de l'apparition des rides et de la desquamation.
La composition cosmétique selon l'invention possède des propriétés antibactérienne et antiseptique.
Il va être maintenant donné, à titre d'utilisation et sans aucun caractère limitatif, diverses formulations de compositions comprenant de l'alun de potassium.

REVENDICATIONS
1- Utilisation de l'alun de potassium pour la fabrication d'une composition cosmétique destinée à l'usage humain.
2- Utilisation selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que la composition se présente sous la forme d'une crème.
3- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 2 caractérisée en ce que la composition comprend de 60 à 80 gr en poids d'alun de potassium par rapport au poids total de la composition.
4- Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la composition comprend :
• alun de potassium 25 G
• excipial hydrocreme 50 G QSP
• acide ascorbique VI 0,5 G
• élastine PC 1 M
• E tocophérol VI 0,5 G

8- Utilisation selon les revendications 6 ou 7 caractérisée en ce que la composition est destinée au traitement externe des rides.
9- Composition cosmétique destinée à l'usage humain comprenant dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, de l'alun de potassium obtenue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
