Abstract

 質量%で、C:0.15~0.60%、Si:0.05~0.5%、Mn:0.05~3.0%、P:0.025%以下、S:0.010%以下、Al:0.005~0.10%、Mo:0.5~3.0%、V:0.05~0.30%、O(酸素):0.01%以下およびN:0.03%以下を含有し、残部Fe及び不純物であり、かつ引張強さが900MPa以上である高圧水素ガス環境用低合金鋼。この低合金鋼は、0.0003~0.003%のBを含有させることが望ましいが、この場合にはNは0.010%以下に制限する。また、Cr、Nb、Ti、ZrおよびCaのうちの1種以上を含有することが望ましい。MoおよびVの含有量は、下記(1)式を満足することが望ましい。   [Mo(%)]・[V(%)]0.2≧0.32    (1)
