Abstract

近接センサ用の検出部1は、所定の移動経路を移動する被検知体の移動方向に交差する方向に中心軸を沿わせるとともに上記移動経路を挟み込む形に配置された一対の検知コイル20を有した検知部と、検知部の検知コイル20とともにLC共振回路を構成するコンデンサを有し当該LC共振回路を発振させる発振回路部31が設けられた回路ブロック3とを備えるとともに、検知部の検知コイル20を直列接続する第1の接続端子22および第1の導体パターン32と、検知コイル20を発振回路部31に接続する第2の接続端子23および第2の導体パターン33とからなる電気接続部を備える。
