本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种安全保护盒, 旨在解决电子电路元件的 敏感数据信息通过物理手段被盗取的问题。

本发明实施例通过在被保护的电路板易受攻击的侧面设置中部溥、 外围厚 并具有电路布线的盒状电路板, 将被保护的电路板上的重要元件围起来。 一旦 有破坏重要电子元件或盗取电子元件上敏感数据信息的行为发生时, 会使安全 保护盒上的走线断开或短接, 触发相关电路使其破坏或擦除被保护的电路板上 重要元件内的敏感数据信息, 防止其被探测或盗取。
所述被保护的电路板 1Q可以是销售点装置如 POS ( point of sales )机的主 板或其他装置上使用的电路板。 请参看图 1和图 2, 所述被保护的电路板 10可 以是具多层布线的印刷电路板, 其上的保护区域如图 2中虚线所示并用标号 I4 表示。 所述被保护的电路板 10在保护区域 14内设置有重要元件如中央处理单 元、 闪存、 静态存储器、 动态随机存储器、 安全监控器芯片、 集成电路芯片、 总线、 安全检测走线等。 所述被保护的电路板 10 的两侧均装设有安全保护盒 20, 当然, 根据需要也可以只在被保护的电路板 10的一侧装设安全保护盒 20, 同时在皮保护电路板 10的另一侧上布 金属走线,这些金属走线在受到物理攻 击时会断开或短接,触发相关电路使其破坏或擦除被保护的电路板 10上重要元 件内的敏感数据信息, 防止其皮探测或盗取。所述安全保护盒 20罩设于保护区 域 14上,将保护区域 14内的元件包围起来。所述安全保护装盒 20包括一个中 部溥、 外围厚的电路板, 并且电路板上设有电路布线层。 本实施例中, 所述安 全保护盒 20包括 体 22及自板体 22周缘一体延伸出的墙体 24。 所述板体 22 覆盖于保护区域 14上, 所述墙体 24围绕于保护区域 14外。 所迷板体 22可以 为硬电路板或柔性电路板,所述墙体 24为硬电路板。墙体 24上设有固定孔 242, 所述安全保护盒 2Q借助于穿过墙体 24上固定孔 242的螺钉(图未示)定位。 所述安全保护盒 2Q还包括导电条 26, 所述墙体 24上设有条形凹槽 244, 导电 条 26装于条形凹槽 244内。所述导电条 24与保护盒 20内部物理接触,所述保 护盒 20借助于导电条 24与被保护的电路板 10电连接。所述板体 22和墙体 24 内均设有电路布线层,布线层上包括绕行的两平行走线,其中一走线接高电平, 另一走线接低电平。所述板体 22中的走线可设置为与墙体 24中的走线电连接; 当然, 两者之间也可相对独立。 当安全保护盒 20上的走线断开或短接时,走线 上的电平信号发生变化, 从而使相关电路触发, 破坏或擦除保护的电路板 10 上重要元件内的敏感数据信息, 防止这些数据信息被盗取。
