Abstract

本发明适用于电子电路保护领域,提供了一种安全保护盒,用于包围被保护的电路板的保护区域并为该区域内的元件提供保护。所述安全保护盒包括一中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板,所述盒状电路板上设有电路布线层,这些电路布线层在受到物理攻击时会断开或短接从而触发相关电路擦除或破坏保护区域内元件上的信息。本发明通过在被保护的电路板的保护区域上罩设一个中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板来保护保护区域内的元件。

技术领域
本发明属于电子电路保护领域,尤其涉及一种保护电路板上的元件免受攻击的安全保护盒。
背景技术
现今,电子电路中存储的一些高敏感性的数据信息,如银行信息、密码、注册码等经常在未经授权许可的情况下被攻击盗用,因此,对这些数据的保护也受到越来越高的重视,各种形式的保护装置和方法不断出现,其中,一种较为有效的防止敏感数据在未经授权许可的情况下被攻击的方法,是通过在记忆装置中存储用来加密、解密敏感程序或数据的软件来防止敏感数据信息被盗取。但是,这种方式依赖于存储于记忆装置中的加密、解密密钥,而加密、解密密钥也需要通过物理的和电子的保护,才不会轻易地受到攻击。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种安全保护盒,旨在解决电子电路元件的敏感数据信息通过物理手段被盗取的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种安全保护盒,用于包围被保护的电路板的保护区域并为该区域内的元件提供保护。所述安全保护盒包括一中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板,所述盒状电路板上设有电路布线层,这些电路布线层在受到物理攻击时会断开或短接从而触发相关电路擦除或破坏保护区域内元件上的信息。
本发明通过在被保护的电路板的保护区域上罩设一个中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板来保护保护区域内的元件。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例通过在被保护的电路板易受攻击的侧面设置中部薄、外围厚并具有电路布线的盒状电路板,将被保护的电路板上的重要元件围起来。一旦有破坏重要电子元件或盗取电子元件上敏感数据信息的行为发生时,会使安全保护盒上的走线断开或短接,触发相关电路使其破坏或擦除被保护的电路板上重要元件内的敏感数据信息,防止其被探测或盗取。
所述被保护的电路板10可以是销售点装置如POS(point of sales)机的主板或其他装置上使用的电路板。请参看图1和图2,所述被保护的电路板10可以是具多层布线的印刷电路板,其上的保护区域如图2中虚线所示并用标号14表示。所述被保护的电路板10在保护区域14内设置有重要元件如中央处理单元、闪存、静态存储器、动态随机存储器、安全监控器芯片、集成电路芯片、总线、安全检测走线等。所述被保护的电路板10的两侧均装设有安全保护盒20,当然,根据需要也可以只在被保护的电路板10的一侧装设安全保护盒20,同时在被保护电路板10的另一侧上布置金属走线,这些金属走线在受到物理攻击时会断开或短接,触发相关电路使其破坏或擦除被保护的电路板10上重要元件内的敏感数据信息,防止其被探测或盗取。所述安全保护盒20罩设于保护区域14上,将保护区域14内的元件包围起来。所述安全保护装盒20包括一个中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板,并且盒状电路板上设有电路布线层。本实施例中,所述安全保护盒20包括板体22及自板体22周缘一体延伸出的墙体24。所述板体22覆盖于保护区域14上,所述墙体24围绕于保护区域14外。所述板体22可以为硬电路板或柔性电路板,所述墙体24为硬电路板。墙体24上设有固定孔242,所述安全保护盒20借助于穿过墙体24上固定孔242的螺钉(图未示)定位。所述安全保护盒20还包括导电条26,所述墙体24上设有条形凹槽244,导电条26装于条形凹槽244内。所述导电条26与保护盒20内部物理接触,所述保护盒20借助于导电条26与被保护的电路板10电连接。所述板体22和墙体24内均设有电路布线层,布线层上包括绕行的两平行走线,其中一走线接高电平,另一走线接低电平。所述板体22中的走线可设置为与墙体24中的走线电连接;当然,两者之间也可相对独立。当安全保护盒20上的走线断开或短接时,走线上的电平信号发生变化,从而使相关电路触发,破坏或擦除保护的电路板10上重要元件内的敏感数据信息,防止这些数据信息被盗取。

Claims (9)

1.一种安全保护盒,用于包围被保护的电路板的保护区域并为该区域内的元件提供保护,所述安全保护盒包括一中部薄、外围厚的盒状电路板,所述盒状电路板上设有电路布线层,这些电路布线层在受到物理攻击时会断开或短接从而触发相关电路擦除或破坏保护区域内元件上的信息,其特征在于,所述盒状电路板包括板体及自板体周缘一体延伸的墙体,所述板体覆盖于保护区域上,所述墙体围绕于保护区域外,所述电路布线层分别设于板体及墙体内。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述板体与被保护的电路板平行,所述墙体与板体垂直。
3.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述板体为柔性电路板,所述墙体为硬电路板。
4.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述盒状电路板为硬电路板。
5.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,每布线层上包括绕行的两平行走线,其中一走线接高电平,另一走线接低电平,走线断开或短接时其上电平信号发生变化,从而触发相关电路擦除或破坏保护区域内元件上的信息。
6.如权利要求5所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述板体中的走线与墙体中的走线电连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述墙体上设有固定孔,所述保护盒借助于穿过墙体上固定孔的螺钉定位。
8.如权利要求1所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,还包括导电条,保护盒板体周缘的墙体上设有条形凹槽,导电条装于条形凹槽内。
9.如权利要求8所述的安全保护盒,其特征在于,所述导电条与保护盒内部物理接触,所述保护盒借助于导电条与被保护的电路板电连接。
