Abstract

本発明は、樹脂コーティグ層の密着性に優れた焼結軸受が得られる圧粉体、当該圧粉体を焼結してなる焼結軸受及びそれらの製造方法を提供するものである。 外周面に微細なコアロッド側凹凸部(18)を有する成形用コアロッド(13)と、成形用ダイ(12)との間において、原料粉末(M)を圧縮して圧粉体(1A)を形成することにより、微細なコアロッド側凹凸部(18)を圧粉体(1A) の軸受孔に転写し、微細な凹凸部を有する圧粉体(1A)を製造することができる。この圧粉体(1A)を焼結して得られる焼結軸受の微細な凹凸部を有する軸受孔に、樹脂コーティング層を設けることで、樹脂コーティング層との密着性に優れた焼結軸受を製造することができる。
