Abstract

　通過帯域高域側における減衰量を拡大し、通過帯域高域側の減衰特性の急峻化を果たすことができ、かつ平衡－不平衡変換機能を有するように構成することができる縦結合共振子型弾性波フィルタ装置を得る。 　弾性波伝搬方向に沿って配置された複数のＩＤＴ電極１６，１７を有し、複数のＩＤＴ電極１６，１７の内、少なくとも１つのＩＤＴ電極１６の少なくとも１箇所において、隣り合う電極指２６ａ，２６ｂが同電位に接続されている位相反転部２６が設けられている、縦結合共振子型の弾性波フィルタ装置。
