Abstract

 液冷ユニットはポンプ本体(51)を備える。ポンプ本体(51)には、冷媒の流出路を区画するニップル(42b)が区画される。弾性チューブ(41b)は、先端からニップル(42b)を受け入れつつニップル(42b)に結合される。ポンプ本体(51)の前方には固定部材(52)が配置される。固定部材(52)には溝(55)が区画される。溝(55)は、ニップル(42b)の先端から所定の長さまで弾性チューブ(41b)内のニップル(42b)を支持する。同時に、溝(55)は、ニップル(42b)の先端からニップル(42b)の前方に所定の長さまで弾性チューブ(41b)単体を受け止める。その結果、ポンプ本体(51)で脈動が発生しても、弾性チューブ(41b)で振動の発生は回避される。ポンプ(39)から発生する振動は最大限に抑制される。
