Abstract

　液冷ユニットはポンプ本体（５１）を備える。ポンプ本体（５１）には、冷媒の流出路を区画するニップル（４２ｂ）が区画される。弾性チューブ（４１ｂ）は、先端からニップル（４２ｂ）を受け入れつつニップル（４２ｂ）に結合される。ポンプ本体（５１）の前方には固定部材（５２）が配置される。固定部材（５２）には溝（５５）が区画される。溝（５５）は、ニップル（４２ｂ）の先端から所定の長さまで弾性チューブ（４１ｂ）内のニップル（４２ｂ）を支持する。同時に、溝（５５）は、ニップル（４２ｂ）の先端からニップル（４２ｂ）の前方に所定の長さまで弾性チューブ（４１ｂ）単体を受け止める。その結果、ポンプ本体（５１）で脈動が発生しても、弾性チューブ（４１ｂ）で振動の発生は回避される。ポンプ（３９）から発生する振動は最大限に抑制される。
