Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle souche de Bacillus subtilis NRRL B- 50055 productrice de métabolites secondaires, de substances bioactives et d'enzymes 5 de dégradation. Cette bactérie et/ou son surnageant possèdent des propriétés d'inhibition de la croissance de champignons, de bactéries, d'insectes et de nématodes, que ce soit dans la plante, dans le fruit, dans la racine ou dans des sols contaminés par ces pathogènes. Par ailleurs, cette bactérie et/ou son surnageant possèdent la propriété de favoriser la germination de la graine, la croissance de la racine et la croissance des plantes, en vertu de son effet biofertilisant organique, induisant la dégradation d'éléments nutritifs du sol et leur meilleure assimilation par la graine, la racine et la plante. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés de protection et/ou de traitement de plantes, de fruits et de sols, contre des maladies qui affectent les cultures ou de traitement de ces maladies, par l'utilisation de la bactérie, du surnageant ou des métabolites purs ou semi-purs. L'invention concerne enfin 5 préparations permettant de traiter et de protéger des plantes, des fruits et des sols contre des maladies qui affectent les cultures par l'utilisation de la bactérie, du surnageant ou des métabolites purs ou semi-purs.
