Abstract

 研磨工程後のガラス基板に付着した研磨剤や異物を、洗浄工程を複雑化させることなく確実に除去する情報記録媒体用ガラス基板の製造方法である。洗浄液として、0.5~5.0質量%の過酸化水素を添加した水を用いて、前記ガラス基板をスクラブ洗浄する。
