Abstract

 金属リチウムあるいはリチウム合金を負極活物質として含む負極と、フッ化黒鉛を正極活物質として含む正極と、正極と負極との間に配置されたセパレータと、非水電解液とを備える非水電解液電池。前記フッ化黒鉛の表面におけるフッ素原子と炭素原子との濃度比([F]/[C])は、1.0以上、1.8未満である。これにより、特に低温環境下での大電流放電特性を向上させることができる。
