Abstract

 監視装置側から要求が無くても監視装置が構成情報を監視することが可能な空気調和システムを提供する。空気調和装置(1)は、室内機(10、11)と室外機(12)とを含んで構成されている。アダプタ(30)は、室内機(10、11)および室外機(12)の全てと通信可能に接続されており、固有の第1アダプタID(33)を有している。遠隔監視センタ(70)は、アダプタ(30)と通信可能に接続され、アダプタ(30)から受信したデータを格納するセンタメモリ(74)を有している。そして、アダプタ(30)は、電源の供給が開始されることにより、室内機(10、11)および室外機(12)の全てと通信を行って空気調和装置(1)の構成および種類の少なくとも1つを示す第1系統構成データ(34)および第1型番データ(35)を収集し、第1アダプタID(33)と共に遠隔監視センタ(70)に送信する。
