Abstract

　従来のドックリンとコヘシンを用いた精製法の問題点である低温条件下での溶出時間を短縮し、効率的かつ経済的に組換え融合タンパク質の生産・精製を行える新規な精製系を提供することを目的とする。当該精製系は、クロストリジウム・ジョスイ（Clostridium　josui）由来のドックリンのサブドメイン２の１４番目のアミノ酸を、他のアミノ酸に置換したことを特徴とするドックリンポリペプチドおよびこれを利用した組換え融合タンパク質の精製方法である。
