Abstract

 摺動部の潤滑およびシール性能を確保し、高圧側貯油量を低減した自然冷媒低圧シェル型ロータリ圧縮機を得るために、ロータリ圧縮機は、低圧密閉容器内に設けられ、ベーンを有するロータリ型の冷媒圧縮機構と、冷媒から潤滑油を分離する油分離要素と、分離された潤滑油を、圧縮機構のベーン背圧室ならびにクランク軸、軸受、シリンダ、ピストンおよびベーン間の給油隙間に供給する給油経路とを備えている。ベーン飛びを抑え、摺動部の潤滑確保、摺動部のシール性能確保および高圧側に貯蔵する油量の低減を同時に満たし、高信頼性、低コスト、高性能、少冷媒量となる。
