Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant une phase de séchage de mastic imprimé, à l'aide de têtes ou de réflecteurs de rayons UV disposés à une distance comprise entre 100 mm et 1000 mm de la pièce à réparer, avec une émission de lumière UV comprise entre 50 et 650 nm de longueur d'onde. Ladite longueur d'onde peut être atteinte à l'aide de lampes à vapeur de mercure, ou en variante de gallium. Ledit procédé comprend également une phase de vernissage de la surface réparée à l'aide d'un vernis UV, une phase de vernissage du contour de la surface réparée à l'aide d'un vernis anti-voile UV et une phase de durcissage de la couche de vernis par rayonnement ultraviolet, utilisées sans distinction sur la surface de peinture retouchée et séchée et faisant toutes intervenir des têtes ou des réflecteurs de rayons UV.
