Description
次の連続工程
a)任意に、修理されるべき損傷部分を準備する工程と、
b)熱硬化性塗料の未硬化のまたは少なくとも一部分のみ硬化した塗装層で一面が被覆された、少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを提供する工程と、
c)修理されるべき損傷部分上へ、少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムをその被覆面で付ける工程と、
d)そのような形式で修理されるべき損傷部分上へ付けられた塗膜に熱エネルギーを供給する工程と、
e)少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを除去する工程と
を含み、塗膜上への熱エネルギーの供給が少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを通して、および/または少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムの除去後に進行する方法に関する。

フリーラジカル重合によって熱硬化可能なポリウレタンを先ず次の通り製造した。
撹拌機、温度計、滴下ロートおよび還流冷却器を備えた2リットル4首フラスコ中で、369.4重量部(pbw)のイソホロンジイソシアネートを0.6重量部のメチルヒドロキノンおよび80重量部の酢酸ブチルと組み合わせて80℃に加熱した。反応温度が100℃よりも上に上昇しないようなやり方で、193重量部のアクリル酸ヒドロキシエチルと0.5重量部のジブチル錫ジラウレートとの混合物を滴加した。50重量部の酢酸ブチルを用いて滴下ロートをリンスした。10.1のNCO値が得られるまで温度を最高100℃に維持した。次に300重量部のポリカプロラクトントリオール(インテロックス・ケミカルズ(Interox Chemicals)製のカパ(Capa)305)と50重量部の酢酸ブチルとを加えた。0.5未満のNCO値が得られるまで、反応混合物を最高100℃に維持した。次に混合物を69.6重量部の酢酸ブチルで希釈した。75重量%(1時間/150℃)の固形分含有率および10,000mPasの粘度の無色の高粘性樹脂が得られた。
80.8重量%の上で製造したポリウレタン
1.3重量%の商業的に入手可能な熱不安定性過酸化物フリーラジカル開始剤(アクゾ(Akzo)製のトリゴノックス(Trigonox)(登録商標)21)
0.1重量%の通常の商業的平滑剤(エベクリル(Ebecryl)350/UCB)
0.8重量%の通常の商業的UV吸収剤(チヌビン(Tinuvin)(登録商標)384/チバ(CIBA))
0.8重量%の通常の商業的光安定剤(ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)系)(チヌビン(登録商標)292/チバ)
16.2重量%の酢酸ブチル。
特定の損傷部分にとって好適なサイズの、上で被覆されたような一片のフィルムを、特定の損傷部分上にその被覆面で置いた。次にコーティングフィルムを、該フィルムを通してIR放射発光体でおおよそ80℃に加熱し、穏やかな圧力下で損傷部分上へ気泡なしに積層した。
(a)第1損傷部分)
次に、まだ暖かい液体のコーティング材料に、フィルムを通して6秒間照射し、20cmの距離の従来の商業的な近赤外放射発光体(400kW/m2、100%電力、アドゥホスの高燃焼発光体)によって硬化させた。次にバッキングフィルムを除去した。そのような形式で修理した損傷部分のエッジは、研磨によって最終的にはブレンドされた。
(b)第2損傷部分)
次に、まだ暖かい液体のコーティング材料に、フィルムを通して20分間照射し、40cmの距離の従来の商業的な赤外放射発光体(発光スペクトル最高:2,4μm、20kW/m2、ヘラエウス(Heraeus))によって硬化させた。次にバッキングフィルムを除去した。そのような形式で修理した損傷部分のエッジは、研磨によって最終的にはブレンドされた。
以下に、本発明の好ましい態様を示す。
1. 被覆基材表面の修理方法であって、次の連続工程
a)任意に、修理されるべき損傷部分を準備する工程と、
b)熱硬化性塗料の未硬化の塗装層のみで、または少なくとも一部分のみ硬化した塗装層で一面が被覆された、少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを提供する工程と、
c)前記修理されるべき損傷部分上へ、前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムをその被覆面で付ける工程と、
d)そのような形式で前記修理されるべき損傷部分上へ付けられた前記塗膜に、熱エネルギーを供給する工程と、
e)前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを除去する工程と
を含み、前記熱硬化性塗料がフリーラジカルおよび/またはイオン重合性バインダー入りバインダー、重縮合および/または重付加反応によって架橋可能なバインダーならびに湿分硬化バインダーよりなる群から選択される1種または複数種のバインダーを含み、かつ、前記塗膜上への前記熱エネルギーの供給が前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを通して、および/または前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムの除去後に進行することを特徴とする方法。
2. 前記塗膜への前記熱エネルギーの供給が、前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを通して進行することを特徴とする1.に記載の方法。
3. 工程b)の前記未硬化のまたは一部分のみ硬化した塗装層が、粘着性表面の塗装層を含むことを特徴とする1.または2.に記載の方法。
4. 一面または両面上に保護フィルムを有するバッキングフィルムが工程b)で提供されることを特徴とする1.から3.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
5. 工程c)における前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムの貼り付けが、圧力下で進行することを特徴とする1.から4.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
6. 前記修理されるべき損傷部分に加えられる熱エネルギーの供給が、赤外放射発光体で行われることを特徴とする1.から5.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
7. 前記修理されるべき損傷部分への前記熱エネルギーの供給が、760〜1200nmの波長範囲および100kW/m2〜15MW/m2の強度(単位面積当たりの放射出力)の近赤外放射を発する近赤外放射発光体で行われることを特徴とする1.から5.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
8. 前記修理されるべき損傷部分に加えられる熱エネルギーの供給が、接触加熱によって行われることを特徴とする1.から5.のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
9. 小さな損傷部分を有する被覆基材表面を修理被覆するためのものであることを特徴とする1.から8.のいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用。
10. 自動車および/または工業塗装におけるものであることを特徴とする1.から9.のいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用。
Claims (1)
- 被覆車体表面の修理方法であって、次の連続工程
a)任意に、修理されるべき損傷部分を準備する工程と、
b)クリアコートまたは着色単層トップコートである熱硬化性塗料の未硬化の塗装層のみで、または少なくとも一部分のみ硬化した塗装層で一面が被覆された、少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを提供する工程と、
c)前記修理されるべき損傷部分上へ、前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムをその被覆面で付ける工程と、
d)そのような形式で前記修理されるべき損傷部分上へ付けられた前記塗膜に、紫外線照射または電子線照射に起因する熱エネルギーを除外した熱エネルギーを供給する工程と、
e)前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを除去する工程と、
を含み、前記熱硬化性塗料がフリーラジカルおよび/またはイオン重合性バインダー入りバインダー、重縮合および/または重付加反応によって架橋可能なバインダーならびに湿分硬化バインダーよりなる群から選択される1種または複数種のバインダーを含み、かつ、前記塗膜上への前記熱エネルギーの供給が前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムを通して、および/または前記少なくとも1つのバッキングフィルムの除去後に進行することを特徴とする方法。
