实现多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩像业务的方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种实现多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩像业务的方法和
背景技术
彩铃和彩像业务兴起于第二代移动通信网络 (2G) 中, 随着网络技术的不断发展, 彩 铃和彩像业务逐渐得到了广泛的应用。
彩铃是 ώ被叫定制, 土叫体验的业务, 指的是在点对点的呼叫中, 被叫振铃时, 土叫 听的不是普通的网络回铃音, 而是一段由被叫用户定制的音乐。 随着第三代移动通信网络
( 3G) 的应用, 在 3G网络中增加了视频能力, 2G网络的彩铃也扩展成 3G的多媒体彩铃, 多媒体彩铃指的是主叫用户体验彩铃时, 不但可以听到声音, 而且还可以看到视频图像。
彩像是由主叫定制, 被叫体验的业务, 指的是点对点呼叫时, 被叫振铃听的不是本地 铃声, 而是网络侧下发的由主叫定制的铃声。 同样, 应用在 3G网络中, 普通彩像也被扩展 成了多媒体彩像, 被叫不但可以听得声音, 而且可以看到视频图像。
现有在 IP多媒体子系统 (MS, IP Multimedia Subsystem) 中实现彩铃、 彩像业务的 方案主要有以下几种:
1、 利用网关模式实现 MS彩铃业务。 彩铃应用服务器 (Appl ication Server, AS) 将 主、 被叫之间协商后的正常媒体保存下来, 进行主叫终端与媒体资源服务器 (MRS,
Multimedia Resource Server) 之间的彩铃媒体协商, 并在收到被叫的振铃信号后指示 MRS 向主叫播放彩铃, 彩铃 AS收到被叫的摘机信号后利用更新 (Update ) 消息将主、 被叫协商 后的正常媒体发送至主叫终端, 进行主、 被叫之间的通话。
2、 利用下载方式实现 MS彩像方案。 主叫向被叫发起 MS呼叫时, 如果主叫申请了彩 像业务, 则彩像 AS在邀请 (Invite ) 消息的头域 (例如: 呼叫信息 (Cal l-Info) 头域) 中添加彩像数据的统一资源定位符(URL, Uniform Resource Locator),被叫接收到该 Invite 消息后, 利用 URL 中的信息将彩像数据下载到本地播放。 这种方案中, 被叫要下载彩像数 据, 会出现延时较大的问题。
3、利用早期媒体应用服务器模式实现 IMS彩铃、彩像方案。在此方案中, 同时进行主、 被叫之间的正常媒体协商、 主叫 (和 /或被叫) 与 MRS之间的早期媒体协商, 被叫发出振铃 信号后, MRS向主叫 (和 /或被叫) 播放彩铃 (和 /或彩像)。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种实现多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩像业务的方法和装置, 以解决对于 能力较强的终端, 在实现彩铃、 彩像业务时可能会出现数据丢失、 通信延时等问题, 对于 能力较差的终端甚至可能会造成播放彩铃、 彩像数据失败的问题, 所述技术方案如下: 一方面, 提供了一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 该方法包括:
接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求;
根据所述呼叫请求确定所述主叫终端的主叫能力;
根据所述主叫能力选择播放彩铃的方式。
另一方面, 提供了一种实现多媒体彩像业务的方法, 该方法包括:
获取被叫终端接收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后返回的响应消息;
根据所述响应消息确定被叫终端的被叫能力;
根据所述被叫能力选择播放彩像的方式。
另一方面, 提供了一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 该装置包括:
接收模块, 用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求;
选择模块, 用于根据所述呼叫请求确定所述土叫终端的土叫能力后, 根据该土叫能力 选择播放彩铃的方式。
再一方面, 还提供了一种实现多媒体彩像业务的装置, 该装置包括:
接收模块, 用于当被叫终端获得主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 接收所述被叫终端返回 的响应消息;
选择模块, 用于根据所述响应消息确定被叫终端的被叫能力, 并根据该被叫能力选择 播放彩像的方式。
再一方面, 还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机可读存储介质存储计算机 程序, 该程序可使得一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求;

在本发明实施例中, 通过利用主叫终端和被叫终端的能力来选择合适的播放多媒体彩 铃、 彩像的方法, 对于能力较强的终端, 避免了数据丢失、 通信延时等问题, 对于能力较 差的终端, 解决了可能会出现的播放彩铃、 彩像数据失败的问题。 附图说明

为了解决本发明目的, 本发明实施例提出了一种在 IMS 中, 根据主叫终端和被叫终端 的能力来选择执行多媒体彩铃和多媒体彩像业务的方案, 下面结合说明书附图对本发明实 施例进行详细的描述。
如图 1 (a)、 图 1 (b) 和图 1 (c) 所示, 为本发明实施例中实现多媒体彩铃业务的系 统结构示意图, 该系统包括主叫终端 11、 选择模块 12和被叫终端 13, 其中, 主叫终端 11 用于发送呼叫请求; 选择模块 12用于接收所述呼叫请求, 并根据所述呼叫请求确定主叫终 端 11的主叫能力后, 根据该主叫能力选择播放彩铃的方式。
其中, 主叫终端发送的呼叫请求中可以包含自身的主叫能力。
具体实现时, 上述选择模块 12 可以为彩铃 AS 或服务呼叫会话控制实体 (S-CSCF, Serving Cal l Session Control Function) 等实体。
根据不同的主叫能力可能会选择不同的播放彩铃的方式, 包括但不限于以下几种:
1、 如图 1 ( a) 所示, 若主叫能力为是否支持早期媒体, 则选择模块 12包括第一判断 单元 21和第一执行单元 22。
第一判断单元 21用于判断所述主叫终端是否支持早期媒体; 第一执行单元 22用于当 所述第一判断单元 21的判断结果为主叫终端支持早期媒体时, 选择服务器模式早期媒体协 商的方式播放彩铃; 当主叫终端不支持早期媒体时, 选择网关模式媒体协商的方式播放彩 铃。
2、 如图 1 (b )所示, 若主叫能力为是否具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力, 则选择模 块 12包括第二判断单元 23和第二执行单元 24。
第二判断单元 23用于判断所述主叫终端是否具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力; 第二 执行单元 24用于当所述主叫终端具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力时, 下载并播放彩铃媒 体文件。
3、 如图 1 ( c ) 所示, 以播放彩铃方式的优先级来确定, 则选择模块 12包括第三判断 单元 25和第三执行单元 26, 其中, 第三判断单元 25用于根据所述主叫能力确定主叫终端 能够支持的播放彩铃的方式; 第三执行单元 26用于从确定出的播放彩铃的方式中选择优先 级最高的方式播放彩铃。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的实现多媒体彩铃业务的系统, 通过利用主叫终端能力 来选择合适的播放多媒体彩铃, 对于能力较强的终端, 避免了数据丢失、 通信延时等问题, 对于能力较差的终端, 解决了可能会出现的播放彩铃数据失败的问题。
上述所描述的系统, 本发明实施例还提供了一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 如图 2 所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 201 : 接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求。
其中, 接收呼叫请求的实体包括但不限于: 彩铃 AS (MRBT AS, Multimedia Ring Back Tone AS,多媒体回铃音应用服务器) 或 S-CSCF。
步骤 202: 根据呼叫请求确定所述主叫终端的主叫能力。
其中, 呼叫请求中可以包含所述主叫终端的主叫能力。 主叫终端的主叫能力包括但不 限于: 是否支持 early-session, 是否具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力。 步骤 203: 根据所述主叫能力选择播放彩铃的方式。
其中, 播放彩铃的方式包括但不限于: 服务器模式早期媒体协商、 网关模式媒体协商 或下载播放彩铃媒体文件。
其中, 根据主叫能力选择播放彩铃的方式包括但不限于: 若主叫能力为支持 early-session, 则可以选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩铃; 若主叫能力为不支 持 early-session, 则可以选择网关模式媒体协商的方式播放彩铃; 若主叫能力为支持下载 播放, 则主叫终端可以下载播放彩铃媒体文件。 总而言之, 只要是主叫终端的主叫能力能 够支持的播放彩铃的方式, 都可以根据设定的优先级选择。
若主叫能力同时包括支持 early-session 且支持下载播放彩铃媒体文件, 则可以根据 这两种能力的优先权来选择对应的播放彩铃的方式, 或是根据用户的需要任选一种对应的 播放彩铃的方式。
下面分别以彩铃 AS和 CSCF分别接收到呼叫请求为例说明实现多媒体彩铃彩铃业务的 过程:
如图 3 ( a) 和 3 (b ) 所示, 为本发明实施例中播放彩铃的信令流程示意图, 在本实施 例中, 接收呼叫请求并根据呼叫能力选择播放彩铃的方式的实体为彩铃 AS, 呼叫能力为是 否支持 early-session, 该过程如下:
步骤 301 : 土叫终端向彩铃 AS发起呼叫请求。
该呼叫请求是通过邀请 (Invite ) 消息发送的, 该请求中携带了用于建立正常通话的 主叫终端媒体请求 ( offer )。
步骤 302 : 彩铃 AS 判断所述呼叫请求中的支持 (supported ) 头域中是否携带了 early-session标识, 若是则执行步骤 303; 否则, 执行步骤 304。
若携带 early-session标识, 表明主叫终端支持 early-session, 则利用服务器模式早 期媒体协商的方式播放彩铃; 否则, 表明主叫终端不支持 early-session, 则利用网关模式 媒体协商的方式播放彩铃。
步骤 303: 彩铃 AS利用服务器模式进行早期媒体协商的方式向主叫终端播放彩铃。 步骤 304: 彩铃 AS利用网关模式进行媒体协商的方式向主叫终端播放彩铃。
如图 3 ( a) 所示, 为步骤 303的流程示意图, 利用服务器模式进行早期媒体协商的方 式包括:
1、 彩铃 AS将所述呼叫请求发送至被叫终端。
2、 被叫终端根据自身能力进行媒体协商, 并将协商后的正常媒体应答(answer)通过
183信令返回给彩铃 AS。 3、 彩铃 AS从 MRS处获取用于彩铃媒体协商的早期媒体请求 (MRBT offer) .
4、彩铃 AS向主叫终端发送 183信令,该信令中携带有协商后的 answer和 MRBT offer 0 该 183信令中的信息格式如下:

5、 主叫终端根据自身能力进行彩铃早期媒体协商, 并将协商后的彩铃媒体应答 (MRBT answer) 通过 prack (Provisional Response ACKnowledgement, 临时口向应石角认) 返回给 彩铃 AS。 该 MRBT answer的格式如下:

6、 彩铃 AS将接收到的 prack中的 MRBT answer发送给 MRS。
7、 彩铃 AS将接收到的 prack信令发送给被叫终端。
8、 被叫终端通过彩铃 AS将 prack响应消息 (200 prack) 发送给主叫终端。
9、 主叫终端通过彩铃 AS将更新消息 (Update ) 发送主叫终端。
10、 被叫终端通过彩铃 AS将 Update响应消息 (200 Update ) 发送给主叫终端。
此时, 主、 被叫终端之间的早期媒体协商成功。
11、 被叫终端向彩铃 AS发送 180消息。
12、 彩铃 AS接收到 180消息后, 指示 MRS向主叫终端播放预先存储的彩铃。
13、 彩铃 AS将 180消息发送给主叫终端。
14、 当被叫终端摘机后, 将邀请响应消息 (200 Invite ) 发送给彩铃 AS。 15、 彩铃 AS指示 MRS停止向主叫终端播放彩铃。
16、 彩铃 AS将 200 Invite发送给主叫终端。
17、 主叫终端通过彩铃 AS将应答响应消息 (ACK) 发送给被叫终端。
18、 主、 被叫终端之间建立连接, 进行通话。
如图 3 (b )所示, 为步骤 304的流程示意图, 利用网关模式进行媒体协商的方式包括:
1、 彩铃 AS将所述呼叫请求发送至被叫终端。
2、 被叫终端根据自身能力进行媒体协商, 并将协商后的正常媒体应答(answer)通过 183信令返回给彩铃 AS。
3、彩铃 AS向 MRS发送 offer进行用于向主叫终端播放彩铃的媒体协商, MRS进行媒体 协商后向彩铃 AS返回 MRBT answer。
4、 彩铃 AS将收到的 MRBT answer替换 183信令中的正常媒体应答 (answer), 然后将 183信令发送给主叫终端, 该信令中包含 MRBT answer。
该 MRBT answer的格式如下:

9、 被叫终端将 180消息发送给彩铃 AS。
10、 彩铃 AS接收到被叫终端发送的 180消息后, 指示 MRS向主叫终端播放预先设定的 彩铃。
11、 彩铃 AS将 180消息发送给主叫终端。
12、 被叫终端摘机后, 将 200 Invite发送给彩铃 AS。
13、 彩铃 AS通过 Update将通话媒体应答 (answer) 发送给主叫终端。

综上, 对利用彩铃 AS来选择合适的播放彩铃的方式进行了论述, 在本发明实施例中, 也可以利用其他的实体 (如 S-CSCF) 来选择合适的播放彩铃的方式, 详见如下:
如图 4所示, 为实施例中利用 S-CSCF选择播放彩铃的方法步骤流程示意图, 包括: 步骤 401 : 主叫终端将呼叫请求发送给 S-CSCF。
此步骤中的呼叫请求与步骤 301中的一致。
步骤 402: S-CSCF根据呼叫请求中的 supported头域中是否携带 early-session标识 来判断主叫终端是否支持 early-session, 若支持, 则执行步骤 403; 否则, 执行歩骤 404。
步骤 403: S-CSCF将呼叫请求发送给执行服务器模式早期媒体协商的彩铃 AS。
该彩铃 AS利用服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩铃, 与步骤 303—致。
步骤 404: S-CSCF将呼叫请求发送给执行网关模式媒体协商的彩铃 AS。
该彩铃 AS利用网关模式媒体协商的方式播放彩铃, 与步骤 304—致。
综上所述, 分别以彩铃 AS和 S-CSCF为例, 来描述了两种实现多媒体彩铃的方式, 都 是以是否支持 early-session来作为主叫能力, 根据是否支持 early-session来选择不同 的播放彩铃的方式。 下面, 将针对以主叫终端是否有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力作为主 叫能力来选择播放彩铃的方式的进行说明:
设定下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力的优先级低于早期媒体的能力, 如图 5 所示, 详细 内容如下:
步骤 501 : 彩铃 AS根据接收到呼叫请求判断主叫终端是否支持 early-session, 若支 持, 则执行步骤 502; 否则, 执行步骤 503。
步骤 502: 选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩铃。
步骤 503 : 判断主叫终端是否具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力, 如果有, 执行步骤 504, 否则, 执行步骤 505。
步骤 504: 彩铃 AS将待播放的彩铃媒体文件的 URL发送给主叫终端, 则主叫终端根据
URL下载并播放彩铃媒体文件。
步骤 505: 选择网关模式媒体协商的方式播放彩铃。
同样, 根据主叫终端的能力选择合适的播放彩铃的方式的实体也可以是 S-CSCF。

首先, 根据主叫能力确定主叫终端能够支持的播放彩铃的方式; 然后, 从确定出的播 放彩铃的方式中选择优先级最高的方式播放彩铃。 例如:

3、 当主叫终端的能力为不支持早期媒体, 也不具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力时, 则只能选择优先级最低的播放彩铃的方式。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 通过利用主叫终端能力 来选择合适的播放多媒体彩铃, 对于能力较强的终端, 避免了数据丢失、 通信延时等问题, 对于能力较差的终端, 解决了可能会出现的播放彩铃数据失败的问题。
通过对本发明实施例中实现多媒体彩铃业务的系统和方法的描述, 本发明实施例还提 供一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 如图 6 ( a)、 图 6 (B)和图 6 ( c )所示, 该装置包括: 接收模块 31和选择模块 32, 其中,
接收模块 31用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求;
选择模块 32用于根据所述呼叫请求确定所述主叫终端的主叫能力后, 根据该主叫能力 选择播放彩铃的方式。 其中, 所述选择模块 32为彩铃 AS或 S-CSCF等实体。
本实施例提供的实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 根据不同的主叫能力可能会选择不同的 播放彩铃的方式, 包括但不限于以下几种:
1、 如图 6 ( a) 所示, 选择模块 32包括第一判断单元 41和第一执行单元 42, 其中, 第一判断单元 41用于判断所述主叫终端是否支持早期媒体; 第一执行单元 42用于当所述 主叫终端支持早期媒体时, 选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩铃; 当所述主叫终 端不支持早期媒体时, 选择网关模式媒体协商的方式播放彩铃。
2、 如图 6 (b ) 所示, 选择模块 32包括第二判断单元 43和第二执行单元 44, 其中, 第二判断单元 43用于判断所述主叫终端是否具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力; 第二执行 单元 44用于当所述主叫终端具有下载播放彩铃媒体文件的能力时, 下载并播放彩铃媒体文 件。
3、 如图 6 ( c ) 所示, 选择模块 32包括第三判断单元 45和第三执行单元 46, 其中, 第三判断单元 45用于根据所述主叫能力确定主叫终端能够支持的播放彩铃的方式; 第三执 行单元 46用于从确定出的播放彩铃的方式中选择优先级最高的方式播放彩铃。
本发明实施例提供的实现多媒体彩铃业务的装置, 通过利用主叫终端能力来选择合适 的播放多媒体彩铃, 对于能力较强的终端, 避免了数据丢失、 通信延时等问题, 对于能力 较差的终端, 解决了可能会出现的播放彩铃数据失败的问题。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的实现多媒体彩铃业务的系统、 方法和装置, 通过利用 主叫终端能力来选择合适的播放多媒体彩铃, 对于能力较强的终端, 避免了数据丢失、 通 信延时等问题, 对于能力较差的终端, 解决了可能会出现的播放彩铃数据失败的问题。 与 播放彩铃相似地, 下面将针对播放多媒体彩像业务的方法、 系统和装置进行说明, 其中, 如图 7所示, 该播放多媒体彩像业务的方法方法包括:
步骤 701 : 在接收到的主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 被叫终端返回响应消息。
主叫终端将呼叫请求发送给彩像 AS, 该呼叫请求中包含用于建立正常通话的主叫终端 媒体请求 ( offer )。
彩像 AS在所述呼叫请求中添加了要求被叫终端返回被叫能力的标识。
步骤 702: 根据被叫终端返回的响应消息确定被叫终端的被叫能力。
被叫终端的被叫能力包括但不限于:是否支持 early-session,是否具有下载播放能力。 步骤 703: 根据被叫能力选择播放彩像的方式。
播放彩像的方式包括但不限于: 服务器模式早期媒体协商或下载播放彩像媒体文件。 根据被叫能力选择播放彩像的方式包括但不限于: 若被叫能力为支持 early-session, 则选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩像; 若被叫能力为支持下载播放, 则被叫终 端下载播放彩像媒体文件。
若被叫能力同时包括: 支持 early-session 且支持下载播放, 则可以根据这两种能力 的优先权来选择对应的播放彩像的方式, 或是根据用户的需要任选一种对应的播放彩像的 方式。
下面以支持 early-session 的优先级高于支持下载播放的优先级为例, 详细描述实施 例中实现多媒体彩像的过程。
如图 8 ( a) 和图 8 (b ) 所示, 为本发明实施例中实现多媒体彩像播放的信令流程示意 图, 该过程包括:
步骤 801 : 主叫终端向彩像 AS发送呼叫请求。 步骤 802:彩像 AS在接收到的呼叫请求中的要求(require )头域中添加 early-session 标识, 要求被叫终端返回是否支持 early-SeSSion。
步骤 803 : 若被叫终端支持 early-session , 则执行步骤 804 ; 若被叫终端不支持 early-session, 则执行步骤 805。
若被叫终端支持 early-session, 则向彩像 AS返回的响应消息为正常(183 )信令, 该
183信令中可以携带早期多媒体彩像协商结果 (answer), 其中该协商结果 (answer) 还可 以不通过该 183 信令携带, 而是通过后续的其他信令携带实现; 否则, 返回的响应消息为 异常 (420 ) 信令。 彩像 AS根据接收到的信令选择合适的播放彩像的方式。
步骤 804: 彩像 AS确定被叫终端支持 early-session, 则利用服务器模式早期媒体协 商的方式向被叫终端播放彩像。
步骤 805: 彩像 AS确定被叫终端不支持 early-session, 则重新向被叫终端发送呼叫 请求, 要求被叫终端下载并播放彩像媒体文件。
重新发送的呼叫请求中不添加 early-session标识, 而是添加要向被叫终端播放的彩 像的 URL。
如图 8 ( a) 所示, 为步骤 804中利用服务器模式早期媒体协商的流程示意图, 包括:
1、 彩像 AS向主叫终端返回接收到的 183信令。
2、 土叫终端将 prack发送给彩像 AS。
3、彩像 AS向 MRS处获取用于彩像媒体协商的早期媒体请求(MCID (Multimedia Cal ler Identification , 多媒体主叫标识 (即多媒体彩像)) offer ) 0
4、 彩像 AS将包含 MCID offer的 prack发送给被叫终端。
5、被叫终端根据自身的能力进行彩像早期媒体协商,并将协商后的彩像媒体应答 (MCID answer) 通过 200 prack返回给彩像 AS。
6、 彩像 AS将 MCID answer发送给 MRS。
7、 彩像 AS将 200 prack发送给主叫终端。
8、 主叫终端将 Update通过彩像 AS发送给被叫终端。
9、 被叫终端将 200 Update通过彩像 AS发送主叫终端。
10、 被叫终端向彩像 AS发送 180信令。
11、 彩像 AS指示 MRS向被叫终端播放彩像。
12、 彩像 AS将 180信令发送给主叫终端。
13、 被叫终端摘机, 向彩像 AS发送 200 Invite。
14、 彩像 AS指示 MRS停止向被叫终端播放彩像。 15、 彩像 AS将 200Invite发送给主叫终端。

主叫终端 51用于发送呼叫请求; 被叫终端 52用于接收到呼叫请求后, 将返回响应消息给选择模块 53 ;
选择模块 53用于根据被叫终端 52返回的被叫能力选择播放彩像的方式。
进一步地, 所述系统还包括添加模块 54, 用于在所述呼叫请求中添加要求被叫终端返 回被叫能力的标识, 并将添加所述标识的呼叫请求发送给被叫终端。
与实现彩铃业务的系统类似, 根据不同的被叫能力需要选择不同的播放彩像的方式, 包括但不限于以下几种:
1、 如图 9 ( a) 所示, 若所述被叫能力为是否支持早期媒体, 则选择模块 53包括: 第 一判断单元 61和第一执行单元 62。
第一判断单元 61用于判断被叫终端 52是否支持早期媒体; 第一执行单元 62用于当被 叫终端 52支持早期媒体时, 选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩像。
2、 如图 9 ( b )所示, 若被叫能力为是否具有下载播放彩像媒体文件能力, 则所述选择 模块 53包括: 第二判断单元 63和第二执行单元 64。
第二判断单元 63用于判断被叫终端 52是否具有下载播放彩像媒体文件能力; 第二执 行单元 64用于当被叫终端 52具有下载播放彩像媒体文件能力时, 被叫终端下载并播放彩 像媒体文件。
3、 如图 9 ( c ) 所示, 选择模块 53包括第三判断单元 65和第三执行单元 66。
第三判断单元 65用于根据所述被叫能力确定被叫终端 52所能够支持的播放彩像的方 式; 第三执行单元 66用于从确定出的播放彩像的方式中选择优先级最高的方式播放彩像。
添加模块 54包括: 操作单元 67和发送单元 68, 其中, 操作单元 67用于在所述呼叫请 求中的 require头域中添加早期媒体标识; 发送单元 68用于将添加了所述早期媒体标识的 呼叫请求发送给被叫终端 52。
基于上述描述的实现多媒体彩像业务的方法和系统, 本发明实施例还提供一种实现多 媒体彩像业务的装置, 如图 10 ( a)、 图 10 ( b ) 和图 10 ( c ) 所示, 该装置包括接收模块 71和选择模块 72, 其中,
接收模块 71用于当被叫终端获得主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 接收所述被叫终端返回 的响应消息;
选择模块 72用于根据所述响应消息确定被叫终端的被叫能力, 并根据该被叫能力选择 播放彩像的方式。
进一步地, 所述装置还包括添加模块 73, 用于在所述呼叫请求中添加要求被叫终端返 回被叫能力的标识, 并将添加所述标识的呼叫请求发送给被叫终端。
如图 10 ( a) 所示, 选择模块 72包括第一判断单元 81和第一执行单元 82, 其中, 第 一判断单元 81用于判断所述被叫终端是否支持早期媒体; 第一执行单元 82用于当所述被 叫终端支持早期媒体时, 选择服务器模式早期媒体协商的方式播放彩像。

综上所述, 分别描述了实现多媒体彩铃的方法、 系统和装置, 以及实现多媒体彩像的 方法、 系统和装置, 如下所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种实现多媒体彩铃和实现多媒体彩 像的方法, 在本实施例中, 设定主叫终端和被叫终端都支持 early-session, 如图 11所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 1101 : 土叫终端向彩像 AS发送呼叫请求。
呼口 4请求的 s聊 orted头域中携带了 early-session标识。
步骤 1102: 彩像 AS在接收到的呼叫请求中的 require头域中携带 early-session标 识, 要求被叫终端返回是否支持 early-session, 并将该呼叫请求发送彩铃 AS。
步骤 1103: 彩铃 AS确定主叫终端支持 early-session, 则按照步骤 303的方式向主叫 终端播放彩铃, 并将呼叫请求发送给被叫终端。
步骤 1104: 被叫终端根据自身的能力进行媒体协商, 将包含媒体协商结果 answer的 183信令发送彩铃 AS。
步骤 1105: 彩铃 AS从 MRS获取 MRBT offer。
步骤 1106: 彩铃 AS在接收到的 183信令中添加 MRBT offer, 并发送给彩像 AS。 步骤 1107: 彩像 AS确定被叫终端支持 early-session, 则按照步骤 704的过程向被叫 终端播放彩像。

综上所述, 通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 从目前终端能力较差到能力变强的过 程中,如:从目前部分终端支持 early-session的状况下,到将来终端均支持 early-session 的过程中, 尽可能保证 MS 多媒体彩铃、 多媒体彩像业务质量较高, 并在此过程中, 使能 够支持 early-session 的终端在实现多媒体彩铃、 多媒体彩像时延时小、 避免数据丢失; 对于还不支持 early-session 的终端采用其他的方案, 保证多媒体彩铃、 多媒体彩像业务 的实现。

接收主叫终端发送的呼叫请求;

27、 一种计算机可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述计算机可读存储介质存储计算机程 序, 该程序可使得一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
获取当被叫终端接收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后返回的响应消息;
根据所述响应消息确定被叫终端的被叫能力;
根据所述被叫能力选择播放彩像的方式。
