[2] 目前市场有各种各样的洗菜机, 大多数的主要原理与全自动洗衣机相似, 电机 带动具有筛孔的内桶在外桶中做正、 反两个方向的转动, 依靠正、 反向转动激 荡水运动, 对水果蔬菜进行清洗, 但由于内桶正反转动, 水果蔬菜在内桶中也 相应做正反两个方向的转动, 水果蔬菜之间或水果蔬菜与内桶之间碰撞容易造 成蔬菜水果的损伤。 有一种清洗蔬菜水果农药污物的洗菜机解决上述问题, 该 洗菜机在上盖内设有档水筋, 洗涤筐单向旋转带动水流上升, 上升至上盖内的 档水筋吋被档产生下落冲洗水流, 对洗涤筐中的果菜进行冲洗, 但在实际操作 过程中发现, 这种洗菜机, 在正常电机转速下, 大部分水流一直沿外桶壁旋转 , 形成一个漩涡, 并不向下翻折, 无法形成下落的冲洗水流, 并且洗菜机工作 , 水流要沿外桶旋转上升至上盖, 上升的旋转水流, 流速快, 对上盖与外桶之 间的密封要求高, 当桶盖与外桶的密封不好, 就会出现漏水现象, 影响洗菜机 的使用, 甚者由于漏水造成电路短路, 同吋也正是因为这种洗菜机要求较高的 密封效果, 需要增加密封部件, 也要提高洗菜机零部件的质量精度要求, 这样 势必会加大生产成本, 二是如果在洗菜机工作过程中打开上盖, 虽然洗菜机保 护电路能使电机停转, 但旋转水流的惯性使洗菜机中的水冲出洗菜机, 轻者喷 洒到处都是, 重者会引起电气事故, 该洗菜机存在严重的安全隐患。
[3] 随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的加强, 对蔬菜水果表面污物, 特别是残 留农药的清除越来越受到重视, 但手工清洗不能完成对农药、 病菌的彻底清除 , 为了去除果蔬表面的农药残留及病菌, 市场出现了去除果蔬农药残留和消毒 的装置, 这些臭氧消毒装置主要原理是: 臭氧发生器产生的臭氧用气泵通过导 管送入洗菜水中, 进行农药降解和消毒, 这种装置功能单一且使用不方便, 由 于臭氧在水中的溶解度低, 臭氧导入水中后, 随即形成臭氧气泡从水中溢出,
洗菜水中的臭氧浓度很低, 难以达到杀菌和降解农药的目的; 并且排入大气的 臭氧也对环境产生了破坏。
发明内容
[4] 本发明要解决的技术问题是现有技术中存在安全隐患、 清洗效果差、 清洗过程 中对水果蔬菜造成的损伤、 灭菌效果差、 去除农药不彻底, 而提供一种清洗效 果好、 可降解农药、 杀菌、 并保持蔬菜水果完整与新鲜的洗菜机。
[5] 本发明釆用以下技术方案来解决上述技术问题: 一种洗菜机, 包括壳体、 位于 壳体内的驱动装置、 外桶与内桶, 其中内桶同心套装在外桶中, 内桶壁上设有 透水孔, 内桶与外桶之间留有间隙, 驱动装置与内桶连接并带动内桶转动, 外 桶侧壁上设有一圏档水圏, 档水圏下的外桶内壁上间隔设置有竖直的档水板, 档水圏底面间隔设置有竖直的档水筋, 外桶上装配有臭氧水强制循环装置, 在 外桶侧壁上设有用于内桶容置物消毒的紫外线消毒装置。
[6] 所述洗菜机的外桶底部设有对外桶的内水产生振动的超声波发生装置。
[7] 所述洗菜机的内桶上沿低于外桶上沿, 所述档水圏设置在外桶高于内桶上沿的 侧壁上, 档水圏与内桶上沿之间留有间隙。

[15] 循环管路的出口设有喷嘴, 喷嘴外套装有混合器, 臭氧发生器通过导管与混合 器连通, 喷淋嘴设置在外桶上部或桶盖上, 混合器与喷淋嘴连通。
[16] 所述混合器为中空变径套管, 喷嘴套装进混合器后部, 混合器后端密封, 喷嘴 口对应的混合器壁上开有进气孔, 进气孔与臭氧发生器的导管连通, 进气孔前 边的混合器直径缩小。

[25] 本发明内桶在电机的带动下旋转, 内桶的中水在离心力作用下, 从内桶的透水 孔向外甩出, 进入到内、 外桶之间的间隙, 水流沿外桶壁旋转上升, 当遇到外 桶侧壁的竖直档水板吋, 旋转水流被档, 通过内桶壁上设置的透水孔及水流通 道, 向内桶翻折, 档水板为倒三角形, 被阻档翻折进内桶的水流越向上越多, 再向上遇到档水圏及底部的档水筋吋, 水流全部翻折进入内桶, 本发明洗菜机
形成了立体向内的冲洗水流, 对水果蔬菜有很好的冲刷效果, 就这样不断循环 对内桶内的果菜进行冲洗, 加上在外桶的底部设有超声波发生装置, 超声波带 动外桶内的水振动, 增强水流对水果蔬菜的清洗强度, 尤其超声波对内桶底部 果蔬的清洗效果很好, 由于上下循环水流与超声波配合, 水果蔬菜被清洗得干 干净净, 清洗效果特别显著; 本发明在冲洗过程中, 蔬菜水果随内桶转动, 本 身相互之间不产生相对运动, 可保证水果蔬菜表皮完整, 不出现磕碰损伤情况
; 并且水流遇到档水圏就翻折向下进入到内桶, 无须上升到桶盖, 因此对桶盖 的密封要求就大大降低, 并且降低了生产成本, 更重要的是避免了洗菜机工作 过程中打开桶盖后, 洗菜的旋转水流冲出洗菜机的问题, 消除了安全隐患。
[26] 本发明在外桶上安装了臭氧水的强制循环装置, 臭氧发生器安装在水泵进口的 循环管路上, 水泵抽水吋, 水泵的叶轮高速旋转, 叶轮进口区域形成较强的负 压区, 臭氧发生器产生的臭氧被吸入循环管路, 吸入的臭氧在叶轮及环流通道 内就被高速旋转的液体强烈剪切、 粉碎、 乳化, 气泡直径迅速减小, 促使臭氧 分子迅速从气相充分地扩散到液相中去, 形成高浓度的臭氧水, 循环管路是一 长水道, 臭氧在水中停留吋间长, 混合溶解更均匀, 高浓度的臭氧水通过循环 管路送入洗菜机的内桶中, 对桶中的水果蔬菜进行杀菌、 消毒, 农药降解; 由 于本发明为强制循环装置, 一方面增加了臭氧与水接触的吋间, 提高了臭氧在 水中的溶解度, 另一方面水中未分解的臭氧可继续循环使用, 降低了臭氧排放 污染, 并且从水中溢出的臭氧通过桶盖上设置的臭氧消除器将臭氧吸收, 不向 大气排放。 本发明还在外桶壁设有允许紫外线通过的紫外窗, 紫外窗外侧安装 有紫外线消毒装置, 或者将紫外线消毒装置通过允许紫外线穿透的材料密封, 安装在外桶内壁上, 这样, 在对水果蔬菜洗涤的过程中, 同吋还通过紫外线消 毒杀菌, 降解农药; 本发明臭氧添加装置和紫外线装置配合, 对果蔬杀菌消毒 彻底, 农药降解效果好, 是一种理想的杀菌消毒、 降解农药的装置。
[27] 本发明内桶由两个或两个以上可拆卸套装在一起的桶体组成, 各个桶体中可以 同吋放置不同的洗涤物, 各自独立相互不混放, 一方面提高了洗涤效率, 另一 方面减少了洗菜机使用次数, 节省了吋间, 并且内桶的各个桶体可拆卸, 根据 不同的使用要求, 可同吋使用一个或多个桶体, 使用吋组装在一起, 实现一物
多用; 本发明动力驱动装置可以是人工手摇驱动, 也可以是电机驱动, 适应范 围更广。

[33] 实施例 1、 如图 1所示, 一种洗菜机, 包括壳体 1、 位于壳体 1内的驱动装置 10、 外桶 3与内桶 2, 其中内桶 2同心套装在外桶 3内, 内桶 2壁面上设有透水孔 15, 所 述驱动装置为电机 10, 外桶 3底部中心竖直穿装有传动轴 7, 内桶 2底部中心设有 连接件 5与传动轴 7上端可拆卸配合连接, 内桶 2在洗菜机不工作的情况下, 可直 接取出, 传动轴 7下端通过皮带轮 8与电机 10连接, 所述内桶 2上沿低于外桶 3上 沿, 档水圏 17设置在外桶 3高于内桶 2上沿的内壁上, 档水圏 17与内桶 2上沿之间 留有翻折水流的间隙, 只要满足档水圏 17与内桶 2上沿留有合适的间距, 档水圏 17的位置可以根据实际需要设定, 一种优选的方式为档水圏 17设置在外桶 3上沿 , 旋转水流上升高度较高, 与内桶中果蔬之间的落差大, 冲刷清洗效果好; 档 水圏 17下的外桶 3内壁上间隔设置有竖直档水板 51, 档水圏 17底面间隔设置有竖 直档水筋 50, 竖直档水板 51沿外桶内壁径向设置, 其形状为倒三角形, 由下至 上渐宽并向桶中心处延伸, 档水板 51沿外桶 3内壁一周均匀设置 1〜50个, 优选 设置 4〜8个, 它们的高度相同, 档水筋 50沿档水圏 17径向均匀设置 1〜50个, 优 选设置 4〜8个, 档水筋 50形状为长方形, 其宽度与档水圏 17宽度相同, 内桶 2的 中水在离心力作用下, 从内桶 2的透水孔 15向外甩出, 进入到内桶 2、 外桶 3之间 的间隙中, 水流沿外桶 3侧壁向上升, 当遇到外桶 3侧壁的竖直的档水板 51吋, 旋转水流被档, 通过内桶 2壁上设置的透水孔, 向内桶翻折, 档水板 51为倒三角 形, 被阻档翻折进内桶 2的水流越向上越多, 再向上遇到档水圏 17及底部的档水 筋 50吋, 水流全部翻折进入内桶 2, 形成了立体向内的冲洗水流, 对水果蔬菜有
很好的冲刷效果, 档水圏 17的横截面形状为" Λ"形、 弧形、 波浪形或一字形中的 任意一种, 其中优选弧面向上、 "Λ"形和波浪形, 除了上述形状, 档水圏 17还可 以是能达到同样目的的其他形状; 外桶 3上面设有可开启的密封桶盖 13, 桶盖 13 通过铰链 16铰接在外桶 3上沿, 并通过与其对应的另一侧的锁扣 12与外桶 3扣合 在一起; 外桶 3上装配有臭氧水强制循环装置, 臭氧水强制循环装置主要包括水 泵 9、 循环管路 22、 臭氧发生器 4, 在外桶 3上部或桶盖 13上设有一个喷淋嘴 21, 喷淋嘴 21还可以设置在桶盖 13上, 其中循环管路 22的进、 出口分别与外桶 3底部 、 喷淋嘴 21连通, 水泵 9设置在循环管路 22上, 臭氧发生器 4通过导管 23连接在 紧靠水泵 9进口 24的循环管路 22上, 喷淋嘴 21还可以设置在外桶 3的下部或底部 , 与循环管路 22的进口相隔一定距离, 同样可以到达强制循环臭氧水的作用; 在外桶 3侧壁上设有紫外线可穿透的紫外窗 28, 该紫外窗 28由石英材料制成, 紫 外线消毒装置 19设置在紫外窗 28的外侧, 紫外线消毒装置 19还可以由可透过紫 外线的防水材料密封后安装在外桶内部, 紫外线消毒装置 19为现有技术, 在此 不再详述; 在外桶 3底部设有超声波发生装置 20, 超声波使外桶 3内的水产生振 动, 增强对水果蔬菜的清洗效果, 超声波发生装置 20为现有技术, 在此不再详 述; 外桶 3底部的循环管路 22上连接有排水控制阀 11及排水管 (图中未示出) , 该排水控制阀 11为三通电磁阀, 该三通电磁阀 11用于切换水路, 需要排水吋, 连通排水管, 关闭循环管路 22, 需要循环吋, 关闭排水管, 打开循环管路 22, 壳体 1内外桶 3的下部设有进水阀和注水管 (图中未示出) , 注水管与自来水管 连接; 桶盖 13上开有通孔, 通孔内设有臭氧消除器 14, 所述的臭氧消除器 14为 上、 下面设有微孔的盒体 14-1, 盒体中设有过滤层 14-2, 过滤层 14-2可设置活性 炭; 壳体 1内腔上部设有控制器 (图中未示出) , 通过控制器可以自动控制进、 排水和清洗程序; 清洗吋间和次数可以根据果菜的品种、 外观、 泥沙多少等因 素由用户确定, 控制器为现有技术, 在此不再详述。

8之间内桶 2壁设置有加强筋 35 ; 外桶 3上装配有臭氧水强制循环装置, 臭氧水强 制循环装置主要包括水泵 9、 循环管路 22、 臭氧发生器 4, 在外桶 3上部设有一个 喷淋嘴 21, 其中循环管路 22的进口与外桶 3底部连通, 循环管路 22的出口设有喷 嘴 25, 喷嘴 25外套装有混合器 26, 所述混合器 26为中空变径套管, 喷嘴 25套装 进混合器 26后部, 混合器 26后端密封, 喷嘴 25对应的混合器 26壁上开有进气孔 2 7, 进气孔 27与臭氧发生器 4的导管 23连通, 进气孔 27前边的混合器 26前部直径 缩小, 混合器 26前端与喷淋嘴 21连通, 本实施例其余结构与实施例 1相同, 在此 不再赞述。

1、 一种洗菜机, 包括壳体、 位于壳体内的驱动装置、 外桶与内桶, 其中内 桶同心套装在外桶中, 内桶壁上设有透水孔, 内桶与外桶之间留有间隙, 驱动装置与内桶连接并带动内桶转动, 其特征在于, 外桶侧壁上设有一圏 档水圏, 档水圏下的外桶内壁上间隔设置有竖直的档水板, 档水圏底面间 隔设置有竖直的档水筋, 外桶上装配有臭氧水强制循环装置, 在外桶侧壁 上设有用于内桶容置物消毒的紫外线消毒装置。

17、 如权利要求 1~8任意一项所述的洗菜机, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装置为 手动驱动装置, 该装置包括手柄, 手柄端部连接有驱动轮, 外桶中心穿装 有传动轴, 内桶外底部设有连接件与传动轴上端可拆卸连接, 驱动轮与传 动轴下端齿轮啮合。

电机, 外桶中心穿装有传动轴, 内桶外底部设有连接件与传动轴上端可拆 卸连接, 电机与传动轴下端的皮带轮连接。
