Abstract

【課題】クリーンルームのコンパクト化、かつ、高清浄度化を達成可能な自動倉庫システム及びその容器移載方法を提供するものである。 【解決手段】本発明に係る自動倉庫システムは、クリーンルーム１１内に設けられるものであり、カセット１４を格納する棚１３を垂直方向に少なくとも１段設け、カセット１４をその棚１３と搬入出ポート１２との間で移載する移載手段１６を棚１３と平行に設けると共に、その移載手段１６に棚１３側に向かって伸長自在なベース部材２４を設けてなり、そのベース部材２４は、固定系のベース本体７１と、ベース本体７１に設けられ、棚１３側に向かって伸長自在な牽引部材７２と、その牽引部材７２に設けられ、カセット１４の移載手段側底面に予め設けられる係合部に係合される爪部材７３と、を備えたものである。
