Abstract

L'invention concerne un tachygraphe (2) qui conserve numériquement dans une mémoire interne des données (D) concernant le conducteur et/ou le véhicule et qui présente une interface de transfert des données (D) à des appareils extérieurs (3), dans lequel l'interface est une interface (8) disposée de manière librement accessible sur le panneau avant (2) du tachygraphe (2) et est destinée à transmettre des données d'authentification (A) et à transmettre les données (D) en fonction des données d'authentification. L'invention propose également un ensemble équipé de ce tachygraphe et un procédé de transfert de données exécuté par ce dernier, en particulier pour transférer les données par demande de données à distance. L'interface (8) est conçue de préférence pour transférer les données d'authentification (A) et les données (D) concernant le conducteur et/ou le véhicule en suivant un protocole normalisé de demande de données à distance, en particulier le protocole dit de transfert à distance (RDP), ce qui permet de rendre accessible de manière aisée et directe les fonctionnalités correspondantes, d'une manière facile à utiliser par l'utilisateur, par l'interface située sur le côté avant de l'appareil du tachygraphe.
