Abstract
燃焼室を形成する母材の、燃焼室内に臨む壁面上に形成された断熱用薄膜は、第1の断熱材と第2の断熱材とを含む。第2の断熱材は、母材以下の熱伝導率を有し、第1の断熱材は、母材よりも低い熱伝導率及び単位体積あたりの熱容量を有し、さらに、第2の断熱材よりも低い熱伝導率及び単位体積あたりの熱容量を有する。熱伝導率及び単位体積あたりの熱容量の低い第1の断熱材を、耐熱性及び強度の高い第2の断熱材の内部に混入することで、第1の断熱材を燃焼室内の高温及び高圧の燃焼ガスから保護することができる。
