Abstract

 生理機能活性化方法及び装置では、ヒトの生理機能、特に末梢血管運動機能を活性化させるべく、31°C~34°Cの温熱刺激と18°C~22°Cの冷熱刺激が交互にヒトの身体に与えられる。その結果、血圧調節作用や、血液循環調節作用、体温調節作用が促進され、これによって高血圧の予防や、代謝及び修復機能の低下防止、疲労回復の促進、熱中症の予防が図られる。生理機能活性化装置は、例えば、温風と冷風を選択的に発生するヒートポンプ式空気調和機を備える。空気調和機から室内へ吹き出される温風が温熱刺激として利用され、同じく空気調和機から吹き出される冷風が冷熱刺激として利用される。
