Abstract

空間的に離れた複数の被投影物の鏡映像を実像として空間内の狭い領域に集合させて結像させ、複数の視点から観察することが可能な表示装置を提供するための多視点空中映像表示装置を、被投影物の実像を対称面となるある1つの幾何平面に対する面対称位置に結像可能な実鏡映像結像光学系を複数具備する多視点空中映像表示光学系を備え、任意の対称面同士のなす角度が当該対称面に対する実像側において180度未満となるように全ての実鏡映像結像光学系を配置し、被投影物を各実鏡映像結像光学系毎に対応させて配置した構成とした。
