Abstract
蓄電池4の接続端子9への放電を制御する電源制御部51と、太陽電池2によって発電された電力を電源制御部51の動作用電力として供給する第1電力供給部6と、蓄電池4に蓄電された電力を電源制御部51の動作用電力として供給する第2電力供給部7と、蓄電池4の端子電圧が動作電圧閾値に満たない場合、第2電力供給部7による電源制御部51への動作用電力の供給を禁止するスイッチング素子72とを備え、電源制御部51は、スイッチング素子72がオフして動作を停止している期間中に、第1電力供給部6によって太陽電池2で発電された電力が供給された場合に起動して、スイッチング素子72をオンさせるようにした。
