Abstract
(I)Boc-NH基を含むペプチドを酸と反応させることにより脱保護した後、または(II)Z-NH基を含むペプチドを酸性条件下で接触還元に付すことにより脱保護した後に、反応混合物のpHを4~7に調整する工程を含むことを特徴とする、ワンポット合成可能なペプチドの液相合成法。
