Abstract

 本発明により提供される組電池は、複数の充放電可能な円筒型の単電池(10)と、当該複数の円筒型単電池を保持する保持部材とを備えた組電池であって、該円筒型単電池の外周面(32)には、周方向に並列した凹凸であって電池長軸方向に畝状に延びる凹凸(34)が形成されており、上記保持部材は、凹凸(34)にかみ合う溝部(28)が内周面(29)に形成された複数の電池装着孔を備える。ここで複数の円筒型単電池(10)は各々、保持部材の電池装着孔に挿入された状態で保持されており、その状態において単電池外周面(32)の凹凸(34)と電池装着孔の溝部(28)とが相互に嵌合するように構成されている。
