Abstract

 カルシウムイオンが共存する試料溶液中の鉛イオン濃度(単に鉛濃度ともいう)を正確、高感度かつ簡易に測定できる鉛濃度測定用試薬及び該試薬を用いた鉛濃度測定方法を提供すること。  (A)水溶性ポルフィリン誘導体又はその塩、(B)ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、及びポリエチレングリコールから選ばれる少なくとも一種、並びに(C)カルシウムイオン供給化合物、を含有する鉛濃度測定用試薬。
