Abstract

 負荷容量に対応させて複数設けられた電源回路Z1’は、各直流入力Vi側が並列接続され各交流出力Ao側が直列接続され、その直列接続により各交流出力Ao側が1つの出力とされた両端に、1つの共振回路Z2を介して1つの整流回路DC1が接続され、この整流回路DC1から検出抵抗R5を通じて検出された直流出力電圧を基に制御回路S1から出力された単一制御信号により、各スイッチング周波数が同時に制御される。
