环境光和杂散光直接射到笔记本电脑显示屏的表面,会影响到使用者对 显示器色彩的正确感知, 使用笔记本电脑遮光罩, 可以有效阻挡环境光和杂 散光对显示屏的干扰。 目前笔记本电脑使用者所使用的笔记本电脑遮光罩都 是定做而成, 市场上还不存在适合大众使用的笔记本电脑遮光罩。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适合大众使用的笔记本电脑遮 光罩。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下: 一种笔记本电脑遮光罩, 包 括顶部构件及分别位于顶部构件两侧的两个侧面构件,所述顶部构件和两个 侧面构件均为片状,顶部构件与两个侧面构件依次连接围成一个顶部和两侧 封闭而下部呈开口状的罩, 所述罩的内部形状与笔记本电脑显示屏顶部和两 侧的形状相适配, 其特征在于, 在顶部构件与两个侧面构件之间设有连接构 件, 该连接构件将两个侧面构件与顶部构件连接在一起, 在笔记本电脑遮光 罩上还设有固定构件, 该固定构件将笔记本遮光罩与笔记本固定在一起。
本发明的有益效果是, 提供一种适合大众使用的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 避 免环境光和杂散光直接射到笔记本电脑显示屏的表面,有效阻挡环境光和杂 散光对显示屏的干扰。 在上述技术方案的基础上, 本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步, 所述的连接构件可使顶部构件与侧面构件沿两者间的连接处折 叠。
釆用上述进一步方案的有益效果是使得笔记本电脑遮光罩可折叠, 方便 包装与运输。

顶部构件的中间部分通过限位装置与顶部构件的左、 右两个部分相连 接, 所述的限位装置能够将顶部构件的左、 右两个部分固定在中间部分的不 同位置, 当顶部构件的左、 右两部分被固定于中间部分上的不同位置时, 顶 部构件的宽度也随之改变;
背部构件的中间部分通过限位装置与背部构件的左、 右两个部分相连 接, 所述的限位装置能够将背部构件的左、 右两个部分固定在中间部分的不 同位置, 当背部构件的左、 右两部分被固定于中间部分上的不同位置时, 背 部构件的宽度也随之改变。
釆用上述进一步方案的有益效果是,可以改变笔记本电脑遮光罩的使用 宽度, 以适用于不同规格的笔记本电脑。
进一步, 所述限位装置的结构为: 顶部构件的中部为铁片或尼龙粘扣, 顶部构件左、 右两部分与中部相接触处设有磁贴或尼龙粘扣; 底部构件的中 部为铁片, 底部构件左、 右两部分与中部相接触处设有磁贴或尼龙粘扣。
进一步, 所述固定构件为背部构件内侧四个角处设有的倾斜的弹性扣 带。

进一步, 所述背部构件的下部设有设备孔, 所述设备孔的位置及形状 与笔记本电脑后部设备孔的位置及形状相适配。
进一步, 所述背部构件与底部构件之间设有可折叠边, 所述可折叠边 上设有设备孔, 所述设备孔的位置及形状与笔记本电脑后部设备孔的位置及 形状相适配。

进一步, 所述笔记本电脑遮光罩的外侧设有太阳能电池组件, 所述太 阳能电池组件上带有太阳能电池组件插头。
釆用上述进一步方案的有益效果是, 在户外使用笔记本电脑时, 可在 户外使用笔记本电脑时为笔记本电脑、手机、数码相机等数码产品补充电力。 进一步, 所述太阳能电池组件为非晶硅、单晶硅、 多晶硅太阳能电池组 件。

如图 1所示,本发明第一个实施例中笔记本电脑遮光罩包括顶部构件 1 , 左侧构件 2、右侧构件 3 , 所述顶部构件 1的下部设有背部构件 4 , 背部构件 4直接与顶部构件 1相连, 连接处设有凹槽 6 , 顶部构件 1及背部构件 4可 沿凹槽 6折叠, 背部构件与顶部构件也可通过类似门轴的合页装置连接。 背 部构件 4的两侧分别与两个侧面构件相连, 连接处也均设有凹槽, 左侧构件 2与背部构件 4可沿 IHJ槽 7折叠,右侧构件 3与背部构件 4可沿 IHJ槽 8折叠。 背部构件 4的下侧设有一底部构件 5 , 底部构件 5与背部构件 4直接相连, 连接处设有 IHJ槽 9 , 背部构件 4与底部构件 5可沿 IHJ槽 9折叠。 在顶部构件 1的两侧分别设有可折叠边 10、 11 , 可折叠边的内侧设有尼龙粘扣, 在侧面 构件上与顶部构件 1可折叠边 10、 11相接触处也设有尼龙粘扣, 另外, 尼 龙粘扣也可设在可折叠边的外侧, 此时侧面构件与顶部构件可折叠边相接触 的位置也随着发生改变, 而且所述的尼龙粘扣也可用磁贴代替。
图 2为本发明第一个实施例使用在笔记本电脑上的左视图, 底部构件 5 压在笔记本电脑 12 的下部, 将遮光罩与笔记本电脑固定在一起, 顶部构件 的可折叠边 10与左侧构件 2相接触, 通过尼龙粘扣连接在一起, 顶部构件 的可折叠边 11与右侧构件 3通过尼龙粘扣连接在一起。
如图 3所示, 本发明的第二个实施例为第一个实施例的改进, 在两个侧 面构件 2、 3的下部分别设有缺口 1 3、 14 , 使用该笔记本遮光罩时侧面构件 与底部部件合拢,合拢后所形成的缺口位置及形状与笔记本电脑两侧设备口 的位置及形状相适配。 在背部构件的下部设有连接线孔 15、 16 , 连接线孔的 位置及形状与笔记本电脑后部连接线孔的位置与形状相适配,在背部构件与 底部构件之间设有可折叠边 19 , 在可折叠边 19上设有连接线孔 17、 18 , 连 接线孔的位置及形状与笔记本电脑后部连接线孔的位置及形状相适配。
图 4 为本发明第二个实施例使用于笔记本电脑上常规状态的左视图,可 折叠边 19及底部构件 5均压在笔记本电脑 12下,将遮光罩与笔记本电脑固 定在一起, 侧面缺口 19的形状及位置与散热孔 20的形状及位置相适配。 图 5为本发明第二个实施例使用于笔记本电脑上常规状态的后视图,可 折叠边 19及底部构件 5压在笔记本电脑 12下,将遮光罩与笔记本电脑固定 在一起, 背部构件下部连接线孔 15、 16 的形状及位置与笔记本电脑后部连 接线孔的形状及位置相适配。
图 6 为本发明第二个实施例使用在笔记本电脑上顶部升高状态的左视 图, 只有底部构件 5压在笔记本电脑 12下, 可折叠边 19与笔记本电脑的后 部相临近。

如图 8所示, 左侧构件 1沿凹槽 7折叠在背部构件 4上, 右侧构件 3沿 iHJ槽 8折叠在背部构件 4上。

如图 10所示,底部构件压在笔记本电脑 12的下部将笔记本电脑遮光罩 与笔记本电脑固定在一起, 可折叠边 21 与侧面构件相接触, 且通过磁贴将 背部构件与侧面构件连接在一起。
如图 1 1 所示, 本发明第四个实施例为第三实个施例的改进, 在顶部构 件 1、左侧构件 2、右侧构件 3及背部构件 4上分别设有太阳能电池组件 25、 26、 27和 28。 并在侧面构件 3上设有插头 29。
如图 12所示,底部构件 5压在笔记本电脑 12下部将遮光罩固定在笔记 本电脑上, 可折叠边 21 与左侧构件相接触, 并通过磁贴将侧面构件与背部 构件连接在一起。
如图 13所示, 顶部构件 1的两侧设有可折叠边 10、 11 , 上部设有可折 叠边 32 , 左侧构件上设有可折叠边 30 , 下部设有尼龙粘扣 33 , 右侧构件上 设有可折叠边 31 , 下部设有尼龙粘扣 34 , 同时在笔记本电脑显示屏 37背侧 的顶边 40及两个侧边 38与 39处分别设有尼龙粘扣, 两个侧面构件上还分 别设有圓角 23与圓角 24 , 在顶部构件上设有检测设备孔 35 , 并带有与检测 设备孔相适配的盖子 36。
如图 14及图 15所示, 顶部构件设有的可折叠边 32及两个侧面构件上 的可折叠边 30、 31通过尼龙粘扣安装在笔记本电脑显示屏 37的背侧。
如图 16所示, 两个侧面构件分别沿可折叠边 30与 31折叠。
如图 17所示, 顶部构件沿可折叠边 32折叠。
如图 18所示, 顶部构件 1由左右两部分组成, 左部分 38直接与左侧构 件 2相连, 连接处设有凹槽 44 , 顶部构件的左部分 38与左侧构件 2可沿凹 槽 44折叠, 右部分 39直接与右侧构件 3相连, 连接处设有凹槽 45 , 顶部构 件的右部分 39与右侧构件 3可沿凹槽 45折叠。 两个侧面构件及顶部构件的 左右两部分分别设有可折叠边 30、 31、 40、 41 , 所述可折叠边的内侧均带有 磁贴, 在笔记本电脑显示屏 37背侧的四个边上也分别设有磁贴 46、 47、 48、 49 , 同时在顶部构件的左右两部分相接触处也设有磁贴 42与 43.
如图 19所示, 左侧构件与右侧构件分别沿可折叠边 30、 31折叠在笔记 本电脑显示屏 37的背侧。
如图 20所示, 顶部构件的两个部分分别沿凹槽 44、 45折叠在笔记本电 脑显示屏的背侧, 磁贴 46与顶部构件左、 右两部分上的磁贴 42、 43相吸引 将顶部构件固定在笔记本电脑上。
如图 21所示, 左侧构件的可折叠边 30与笔记本电脑显示屏 37背侧的 磁贴 47相吸引, 将左侧构件固定在笔记本电脑上。 右侧构件的可折叠边 31 与笔记本电脑显示屏 37背侧的磁贴 48相吸引,将右侧构件固定在笔记本电 脑上, 顶部构件的左右两个部分通过磁贴 42及 43的磁性吸引连接在一起。
如图 22所示, 顶部构件 1直接与侧面构件相连, 连接处设有凹槽, 左 侧构件 1与顶部构件 1可沿 IHJ槽 50折叠, 右侧构件 3与顶部构件 1可沿 IHJ 槽 51折叠, 顶部构件上设有可折叠边 32 , 两个侧面构件分别设有可折叠边 30、 31 , 顶部构件及两个侧面构件上设有的可折叠的内侧均带有尼龙粘扣, 在笔记本电脑显示屏背部 37 与可折叠接触的相应位置处也设有尼龙粘扣 47、 48、 49。
如图 23所示, 顶部构件 1沿可折叠边 32折叠在笔记本电脑显示屏 37 的背侧。
如图 24所示, 左侧构件沿凹槽 50折叠在顶部构件上, 右侧构件沿凹槽 51折叠在顶部构件上。
如图 25所示,在顶部构件 1的下部设有一背部构件 4 , 背部构件与顶部 构件直接相连, 连接处设有凹槽, 背部构件与顶部构件可沿该凹槽折叠。 两 个侧面构件上也均设有可折叠边, 可折叠边的内侧设有尼龙粘扣, 在背部构 件的两侧也设有尼龙粘扣 52、 53。
如图 26所示, 在背部构件内侧的四个角处分别设有倾斜的弹性扣带。 倾斜的弹性扣带 54、 55、 56、 57组成为一组, 倾斜的弹性扣带 58、 59、 60、 61组成为一组, 两组可适配于多种不同规格的笔记本电脑。
如图 27所示, 背部构件与两个侧面构件通过尼龙粘扣连接在一起, 笔 记本电脑显示屏套在 54、 55、 56、 57这组倾斜的弹性扣带上, 从而将笔记 本电脑遮光罩与笔记本电脑固定在一起。
如图 28所示, 背部构件与侧面构件直接相连, 连接处设有设有凹槽, 背部构件与侧面构件可沿该 IHJ槽折叠, 顶部构件位于背部构件的下部, 背部 构件与顶部构件直接相连, 连接处设有 IHJ槽, 背部构件与顶部构件可沿该 IHJ 槽折叠。 顶部构件与背部构件均由左、 中、 右三部分组成, 背部构件的左部 分 62、 中部分 64、 右部 63分别与顶部构件左部分 66、 中部分 65、 右部分 67相连。 两个侧面构件及背部构件的上均设有 2条凹槽, 凹槽以上部分可沿 iHJ槽折断并取下, 用来调节遮光罩的使用高度。 在左侧构件与顶部构件相接 处设有拉链 72、 73 , 拉链上带有拉链头 74 , 当拉链合拢时, 可将左侧构件 与顶部构件连接在一起。在右侧构件与顶部构件相接处设有拉链 75、 76 , 拉 链上带有拉链头 77 , 当拉链合拢时, 可将右侧构件与顶部构件连接在一起。 在顶部构件上还设有检测设备孔 35 , 检测设备孔上设有与空相适配的盖子 36。 顶部构件及背部构件的中部为铁片或尼龙粘扣, 顶部构件左部分及右部 分分别设有磁贴或尼龙粘扣 70、 71 , 背部构件左部分及右部分分别设有磁贴 或尼龙粘扣 68、 69 ,通过调整顶部构件及背部构件的中部与左右两部分利用 磁力相连接的距离, 可调整遮光罩的使用高度, 或者顶部构件及背部构件的 中部通过卡槽、滑块等装置分别与顶部构件及背部构件的左、右两部分相连。
如图 29所示, 背部构件的内侧的四个角处分别设有倾斜的弹性扣带, 左上角设有一条倾斜的弹性扣带 78 , 右上角设有一条倾斜的弹性扣带 79 , 左下角设有 3条弹性扣带 80、 82、 84 , 其中倾斜的弹性扣带 82、 84设在可 沿凹槽取下的部分上, 右下角设有 3条弹性扣带 81、 83、 85 , 其中倾斜的弹 性扣带 83、 85在可沿凹槽取下的部分。
如图 30所示, 顶部构件及背部构件的各部分通过磁贴与铁片的磁力连 接在一起。 背部构件内侧四个角处的倾斜的弹性扣带 78、 79、 84、 85套在 笔记本电脑显示屏上, 将遮光罩固定在笔记本电脑上。 如图 31所示, 本实施例中顶部构件、 背部构件、 底部构件及侧面构件 之间均为固定连接。
如图 32所示, 底部构件压在笔记本电脑的下部将笔记本电脑遮光罩与 笔记本电脑固定在一起。
如图 33所示, 顶部构件、 侧面构件及背部构件之间均为固定连接。 如图 34所示, 笔记本电脑遮光罩通过背部构件及两个侧面构件的下部 直接竖立在放置笔记本电脑的平面上。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种笔记本电脑遮光罩, 包括顶部构件及分别位于顶部构件两侧 的两个侧面构件,所述顶部构件和两个侧面构件均为片状, 顶部构件与两个 侧面构件依次连接围成一个顶部和两侧封闭而下部呈开口状的罩, 所述罩 的内部形状与笔记本电脑显示屏顶部和两侧的形状相适配, 其特征在于, 在顶部构件与两个侧面构件之间设有连接构件, 该连接构件将两个侧面构 件与顶部构件连接在一起, 在笔记本电脑遮光罩上还设有固定构件, 该固 定构件将笔记本遮光罩与笔记本固定在一起。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述的 连接构件可使顶部构件与侧面构件沿两者间的连接处折叠。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述连 接构件的结构为:
在顶部构件上与侧面构件相邻的一侧设有可折叠边, 该可折叠边上设 有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 同时在所述侧面构件上可与顶部构件的可折叠边相接 触的对应位置处也设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴;
或者,
在侧面构件上与顶部构件相邻的一侧设有可折叠边, 该可折叠边上设 有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 同时在所述顶部构件可与侧面构件的可折叠边相接触 的对应位置处也设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴;
或者,
在顶部构件与侧面构件相接处设有拉链, 所述拉链在合拢时可将该侧 面构件与顶部构件连接在一起。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述固 定构件的结构为: 在顶部构件及两个侧面构件上与笔记本电脑显示屏背部相接触处均设 有可折叠边, 所述可折叠边的内侧设有尼龙粘扣或者磁贴, 同时在笔记本 电脑显示屏背部可与顶部构件及侧面构件的可折叠边相接触的对应位置处 也设有尼龙粘扣或者磁贴。
5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述顶 部构件上还设有背部构件, 该背部构件与顶部构件之间为活动连接, 所述 背部构件与顶部构件可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠;
所述顶部构件与背部构件均由左、 中、 右三个部分组成, 顶部构件的 左、 中、 右三个部分分别与背部构件的左、 中、 右三个部分直接相连; 顶部构件的中间部分通过限位装置与顶部构件的左、 右两个部分相连 接, 所述的限位装置能够将顶部构件的左、 右两个部分固定在中间部分的 不同位置, 当顶部构件的左、 右两部分被固定于中间部分上的不同位置时, 顶部构件的宽度也随之改变;
背部构件的中间部分通过限位装置与背部构件的左、 右两个部分相连 接, 所述的限位装置能够将背部构件的左、 右两个部分固定在中间部分的 不同位置, 当背部构件的左、 右两部分被固定于中间部分上的不同位置时, 背部构件的宽度也随之改变。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述限 位装置的结构为: 在顶部构件的中部设有铁片或尼龙粘扣, 在顶部构件左、 右两部分上与中部相接触的对应位置处也设有磁贴或尼龙粘扣; 在底部构 件的中部设有铁片或尼龙粘扣, 在底部构件左、 右两部分上与中部相接触 的对应位置处也设有磁贴或尼龙粘扣。
7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述固 定构件为背部构件内侧四个角处设有的倾斜的弹性扣带。
8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 所述背 部构件及两个侧面构件的下端设有一条至多条凹槽, 凹槽以下部分可以沿 凹槽处折断并被取下。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 所述背
10.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 在所述顶部构件的下侧还设有背部构件, 该背部构件的两侧分别与两个侧 面构件相连接;
背部构件与顶部构件之间为活动连接, 所述的活动连接可使背部构件 与顶部构件沿连接处折叠;
背部构件与两个侧面构件之间也均为活动连接, 背部构件与左侧构件 可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠, 背部构件与右侧构件也可沿两者间的活动 连接处折叠;
在所述背部构件的下侧还设有底部构件, 该底部构件与背部构件之间 为活动连接, 底部构件与背部构件可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠, 该底部 构件即构成所述的固定构件。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述背 部构件的下部设有设备孔, 所述设备孔的位置及形状与笔记本电脑后部设 备孔 的位置及形状相适配。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述背 部构件与底部构件之间设有可折叠边, 所述可折叠边上设有设备孔, 所述 设备孔的位置及形状与笔记本电脑后部设备孔的位置及形状相适配。
1 3.根据权利要求 1或 3所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所 述侧面构件的下部设有缺口, 所述缺口的位置及形状与笔记本电脑两侧设 备口的位置及形状相适配。
14. 根据要求 1 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 顶部构件的 两侧分别与两个侧面构件直接相连接, 所述连接均为活动连接, 顶部构件 与左侧构件可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠, 顶部构件与右侧构件可沿两者 间的活动连接处折叠。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述固 定构件的结构为:
在顶部构件与两个侧面构件上与笔记本电脑背侧可接触处均设有可折 叠边, 所述可折叠边的内侧设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 同时在笔记本电脑显示 屏背部可与顶部构件及侧面构件的可折叠边相接触的对应位置处也设有尼 龙粘扣或磁贴。
16. 根据权利要求 14所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述的 顶部构件由左右两部分组成, 两部分的连接结构为:
在左部分的外侧可与右部分相接触的对应位置处设有尼龙粘扣或磁 贴 , 同时在右部分内侧的对应处设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴;
或者,
在左部分的内侧可与右部分相接触的对应位置处设有尼龙粘扣或磁 贴, 同时在右部分外侧的对应处设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 在笔记 本电脑显示屏背部的底边处还设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 该尼龙粘扣或磁贴将 折叠后的笔记本电脑遮光罩固定在笔记本电脑上。
18. 根据权利要求 14所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 在所述 顶部构件的下部还设有背部构件, 所述背部构件与顶部构件之间为活动连 接, 背部构件及顶部构件可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠, 所述背部构件的 两侧分别与两个侧面构件相连接。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述背 部构件与侧面构件之间的连接结构为: 在背部构件上与侧面构件相邻的一侧设有可折叠边, 该可折叠边上设 有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 同时在所述侧面构件上可与背部构件可折叠边相接触 的对应位置处设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴;
或者,
在侧面构件上与背部构件相邻的一侧设有可折叠边, 所述可折叠边上 设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 同时在所述背部构件上可与侧面构件可折叠边相接 触的对应位置处设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴。
20. 根据权利要求 19所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述固 定构件的结构为:
在背部构件的下部设有底部构件, 该底部构件与背部构件之间为活动 连接, 背部构件与底部构件可沿两者间的活动连接处折叠, 所述底部构件 即构成所述的固定构件;
或者,
在背部构件的四个角处设有一条至多条倾斜的弹性扣带;
或者,
在背部构件内侧设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴, 并同时在笔记本电脑显示屏背 部的对应位置处也设有尼龙粘扣或磁贴。
21. 根据权利要求 5或 1 0或 14或 18或 20所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于, 所述的活动连接为凹槽或合页状连接装置。
22. 根据权利要求 1 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 在所述 顶部构件上设置有设备口, 所述的设备口上还设置有与之相适配的盖子。
23. 根据权利要求 1 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 所述笔 记本电脑遮光罩的内表面釆用黑色植绒或贴绒工艺处理。
24. 根据权利要求 1 所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 所述笔 记本电脑遮光罩的外侧设有太阳能电池组件, 所述太阳能电池组件上带有 太阳能电池组件插头。
25. 根据权利要求 24所述的笔记本电脑遮光罩, 其特征在于: 所述太 阳能电池组件为非晶硅、 单晶硅、 多晶硅太阳能电池组件。
