Description

固定機構及其相關面板模組
本發明係提供一種固定防窺片的固定機構及其相關面板模組，尤指一種造型美觀，且適用於各種防窺片尺寸的可調式固定機構及其相關面板模組。
可攜式電腦的輕便性與無線網路的普及性讓使用者可易於攜帶電腦，如筆記型電腦或平板電腦，到任何公眾場所操作使用，明亮的顯示螢幕固然提供使用者豐富的色彩娛樂效果，但也容易讓路人輕易地看到顯示螢幕的資料，大幅降低在公眾場所使用電腦的隱私性，因此應用於可攜式電腦的防窺片即應運而生。傳統的防窺片係由黏貼方式固定在顯示螢幕的框架上，此種黏貼方式破壞了顯示螢幕的美觀。此外，市面販售的防窺片尺寸通常不吻合於顯示螢幕的大小，故使用者需另外進行切割裁剪，亦會造成使用上的不便，故如何設置出一種造型美觀，且適用於各種防窺片尺寸的可調式固定機構，便為相關產業的發展目標之一。
本發明係提供一種造型美觀，且適用於各種防窺片尺寸的可調式固定機構及其相關面板模組，以解決上述之問題。
本發明之申請專利範圍係揭露一種具有固定一防窺片於一前框之功能的固定機構。該固定機構包含有一本體、一 第一卡勾以及一第二卡勾。該本體環繞設置於該前框之周緣，且該本體之一端邊係形成有一導槽。該第一卡勾設置於該本體之另一端邊。該第二卡勾滑動地設置於該本體之該端邊。該第二卡勾包含有一扣合部以及一導引部。該扣合部用來與該第一卡勾分別夾持於該防窺片之兩側。該導引部之一端連接該扣合部。該導引部以可活動方式設置於該導槽內，藉此調整該扣合部與該第一卡勾之一間距。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該第一卡勾與該第二卡勾分別設置於該本體之二相對端邊。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該第二卡勾另包含有一限位部以及一定位部。該導引部之兩端分別連接於該扣合部與該限位部。該定位部設置於該本體。該定位部為一多段式止擋件，用來止擋該限位部，以限制該扣合部相對該本體之一移動。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該扣合部位於該本體之一上表面，且該限位部位於該本體之一下表面。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該定位部為具有複數個曲型結構之一止擋件，且該限位部係由二相鄰曲型結構所拘束。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該定位部以熱熔柱固定於該本體上。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該第二卡勾另包含有一嵌合部，設置於該扣合部之一端。該嵌合部係嵌入該前框之 一凹孔。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露一種具有固定一防窺片功能的面板模組，其包含有一面板、一前框以及一固定機構。該防窺片覆蓋於該面板之表面。該面板設置於該前框內，且該前框係形成一開口結構。該固定機構設置於該前框上。該固定機構包含有一本體、一第一卡勾以及一第二卡勾。該本體環繞設置於該前框之周緣，且該本體之一端邊係形成有一導槽。該第一卡勾設置於該本體之另一端邊。該第二卡勾滑動地設置於該本體之該端邊。該第二卡勾包含有一扣合部以及一導引部。該扣合部用來與該第一卡勾分別夾持於該防窺片之兩側。該導引部之一端連接該扣合部。該導引部以可活動方式設置於該導槽內，藉此調整該扣合部與該第一卡勾之一間距。
本發明之申請專利範圍另揭露該固定機構係由一雙料射出製程而一體成型於該前框。
本發明之固定機構具有可調式功能，使用者不需裁切防窺片，係先將防窺片之一側扣進第一卡勾，使防窺片緊密貼合於面板表面，接著再依據防窺片之尺寸推移第二卡勾到適當位置，便可有效地固定防窺片，以兼具美觀、防磨與可調式固定之優點。
請參閱第1圖，第1圖為本發明實施例之一電子裝置10之示意圖。電子裝置10可為一筆記型電腦或一平板電腦， 本實施例之電子裝置10係以筆記型電腦為例，電子裝置10包含有一主機端12與一螢幕端14。主機端12內可設置一鍵盤模組、一主機板、一處理器、一硬碟機、一光碟機，一記憶體模組等電子元件。螢幕端14可包含有一面板模組16與一殼體18，面板模組16設置於殼體18內，且電連接於主機端12之主機板，以展示其記憶體模組的儲存資料。面板模組16之表面可覆蓋有一防窺片20，藉由控制光線的折射角度來防止面板模組16所顯示的資料被人窺視。
請參閱第2圖，第2圖為本發明實施例之面板模組16之示意圖。面板模組16包含有一面板22、一前框24以及一固定機構26。面板22設置於前框24內，固定機構26可選擇性地由雙料射出製程而一體成型於前框24上。固定機構26包含有一本體28、二第一卡勾30與二第二卡勾32，其中本體28係為殼體18所遮蔽而無法自外觀看到，而第一卡勾30及第二卡勾32則可部分顯露於殼體18外，供使用者操作以固定防窺片20。本體28以環繞包覆方式設置在前框24的周緣，而第一卡勾30及第二卡勾32則分別設置在本體28的二相對端邊，如一上端邊與一下端邊。防窺片20覆蓋於面板22之表面時，可由固定機構26第一卡勾30與第二卡勾32自防窺片20的上下兩側夾持，可確保穩定性以防止其脫落。
進一步來說，第一卡勾30係為一固定式卡勾，第二卡勾32則為一可動式卡勾。請參閱第3圖與第4圖，第3圖 為本發明實施例之第二卡勾32之示意圖，第4圖為本發明實施例之面板模組16的部分結構示意圖。如第3圖所示，第二卡勾32包含有一扣合部34、一導引部36以及一限位部38。導引部36之兩端分別連接於扣合部34與限位部38之中端，意即第二卡勾32可為一H型結構。如第4圖所示，前框24係形成有二個開口結構241，各第二卡勾32可於對應的開口結構241內移動，意即開口結構241之數量係對應於第二卡勾32之數量。
此外，本體28之一端邊形成有一導槽281，而第二卡勾32之導引部36係以可活動方式設置於導槽281內(未示於第4圖)，故使用者可推動第二卡勾32沿著導槽281之一結構方向滑行以調整扣合部34與第一卡勾30之一間距，且第二卡勾32不可沿著相異導槽281之結構方向的其他方向移動，藉此確保其夾持穩定性。由此可知，固定機構26係為一可調式固定機構，第二卡勾32可依據防窺片20之尺寸而調整其相對第一卡勾30之距離，以利用扣合部34與第一卡勾30緊密地夾持於防窺片20之兩側。
請參閱第5圖與第6圖，第5圖為本發明實施例之面板模組16於另一視角的部分結構示意圖，第6圖為本發明實施例之面板模組16的結構剖視圖。如第5圖所示，第二卡勾32另可包含有二定位部40，設置於本體28上。一般來說，定位部40可透過一熱熔柱42而固定在本體28之底部，然而定位部40之設置方式可不限於前所述，端視實際需求而 定。兩個定位部40分別止擋在限位部38之兩端，各定位部40可為一多段式止擋件，於拘束限位部38的同時亦限制了扣合部34相對本體28之一移動。
如第6圖所示，第二卡勾32之扣合部34可位於本體28之一上表面283，而其限位部38可位於本體28之一下表面285。由於定位部40可為具有複數個曲型結構的止擋件，因此當限位部38移動到兩相鄰曲型結構之間時，若使用者未施加外力於第二卡勾32，則限位部38可為曲型結構所拘束，以確保扣合部34可緊密扣接至防窺片20上。
為了進一步提高固定機構26的夾持穩定度，本發明另具有一設計來定位第二卡勾32。如第3圖與第4圖所示，固定機構26可於前框24之開口結構241的內壁形成複數個凹孔243，且第二卡勾32另可包含有至少一嵌合部44，設置於扣合部32之一端。當扣合部32相對本體28移動到一預設位置時，嵌合部44可嵌入相應的凹孔243，用以配合限位部38與定位部40之組合更有效地限制扣合部32之移動，確保固定機構26可穩定地固定防窺片20。
綜上所述，本發明係將防窺片的固定機構結合在前框上，具有一致性與美觀性。此外，本發明之固定機構可選擇由橡膠材質所組成，以於面板模組及殼體之間提供防磨功能。由於固定機構係由橡膠材質所組成，故第一卡勾與第二卡勾可藉由彈性恢復力而卡扣或脫離防窺片，且限位部與定位部之組合、及凹孔與嵌合部之組合亦可利用橡膠材質的彈 性恢復力來進行裝配與拆卸，故可提升本發明之固定機構的使用便利性。
相較於先前技術，本發明之固定機構具有可調式功能，使用者不需裁切防窺片，係先將防窺片之一側扣進第一卡勾，使防窺片緊密貼合於面板表面，接著再依據防窺片之尺寸推移第二卡勾到適當位置，便可有效地固定防窺片之兩側，以兼具美觀、防磨與可調式固定的優點。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例，凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做之均等變化與修飾，皆應屬本發明之涵蓋範圍。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種具有固定一防窺片於一前框之功能的固定機構，其包含有：一本體，環繞設置於該前框之周緣，該本體之一端邊係形成有一導槽；一第一卡勾，設置於該本體之另一端邊；以及一第二卡勾，滑動地設置於該本體之該端邊，該第二卡勾包含有：一扣合部，用來與該第一卡勾分別夾持於該防窺片之兩側；以及一導引部，該導引部之一端連接該扣合部，該導引部以可活動方式設置於該導槽內，藉此調整該扣合部與該第一卡勾之一間距。
  2. 如請求項1所述之固定機構，其中該第一卡勾與該第二卡勾分別設置於該本體之二相對端邊。
  3. 如請求項1所述之固定機構，其中該第二卡勾另包含有：一限位部，該導引部之兩端分別連接於該扣合部與該限位部；以及一定位部，設置於該本體，該定位部為一多段式止擋件，用來止擋該限位部，以限制該扣合部相對該本體之一移動。
  4. 如請求項3所述之固定機構，其中該扣合部位於該本體 之一上表面，且該限位部位於該本體之一下表面。
  5. 如請求項3所述之固定機構，其中該定位部為具有複數個曲型結構之一止擋件，且該限位部係由二相鄰曲型結構所拘束。
  6. 如請求項3所述之固定機構，其中該定位部以熱熔柱固定於該本體上。
  7. 如請求項1所述之固定機構，其中該第二卡勾另包含有：一嵌合部，設置於該扣合部之一端，該嵌合部係嵌入該前框之一凹孔。
  8. 一種具有固定一防窺片功能的面板模組，其包含有：一面板，該防窺片覆蓋於該面板之表面；一前框，該面板設置於該前框內，該前框係形成一開口結構；以及一固定機構，設置於該前框上，該固定機構包含有：一本體，環繞設置於該前框之周緣，該本體之一端邊係形成有一導槽；一第一卡勾，設置於該本體之另一端邊；以及一第二卡勾，滑動地設置於該本體之該端邊，且於該前框之該開口結構內移動，該第二卡勾包含有：一扣合部，用來與該第一卡勾分別夾持於該防窺片之兩側；以及一導引部，該導引部之一端連接該扣合部，該 導引部以可活動方式設置於該導槽內，藉此調整該扣合部與該第一卡勾之一間距。
  9. 如請求項8所述之面板模組，其中該第一卡勾與該第二卡勾分別設置於該本體之二相對端邊。
  10. 如請求項8所述之面板模組，其中該第二卡勾另包含有：一限位部，該導引部之兩端分別連接於該扣合部與該限位部；以及一定位部，設置於該本體，該定位部為一多段式止擋件，用來止擋該限位部，以限制該扣合部相對該本體之一移動。
  11. 如請求項10所述之面板模組，其中該扣合部位於該本體之一上表面，且該限位部位於該本體之一下表面。
  12. 如請求項10所述之面板模組，其中該定位部為具有複數個曲型結構之一止擋件，且該限位部係由二相鄰曲型結構所拘束。
  13. 如請求項10所述之面板模組，其中該定位部以熱熔柱固定於該本體上。
  14. 如請求項8所述之面板模組，其中該開口結構之一內壁具有一凹孔，該第二卡勾另包含有一嵌合部，設置於該扣合部之一端，且該嵌合部係嵌入該前框之該凹孔。
  15. 如請求項8所述之面板模組，其中該固定機構係由一雙料射出製程而一體成型於該前框。
