Abstract

 可動導体支持部材と軸受部とのそれぞれの摺動面に、潤滑剤として耐熱性があり比較的多量にフッ素成分を含有したパーフルオロポリエーテルを被覆する。パーフルオロポリエーテルは熱的、化学的に安定しているため、真空絶縁機器が発生した熱が前記摺動面まで伝達し、パーフルオロポリエーテルが高温になっても分解気化することはなく、他の各部材との化学反応による侵食を防止できる。
