Abstract
本发明公开了一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置及其使用的合成润滑油,该具加热润滑元件的线性装置包含:一长轴;一移动体,套设于该长轴;一润滑元件设置于该移动体,该润滑元件包含容置部、导热部及传导部,该导热部及传导部的一部分设于该容置部,而该导热部的另一部分与该移动体接触并吸收该移动体的热能,而使整个导热部的温度提升;而该传导部另一部分与该长轴接触;该容置部具有合成润滑油,该合成润滑油的主要原料是由润滑油及蜡所构成,蜡的含量是介于5wt%~30wt%之间,而润滑油的含量是介于95wt%~70wt%之间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置及其使用的合成润滑油。
背景技术
诚如中国台湾公告第I435988号,具有增温功能的润滑装置的专利,其于润滑装置的储油箱与移动体之间设置导热件,移动体移动时产生热能,而导热件便将热能传导至储油箱内对储油箱内的润滑油加温,当润滑油温度上升而使黏度下降时便能使导油件产生毛细现象,藉由毛细现象将润滑油导引至用以润滑长轴的润滑件产生润滑作用,而当移动体没有动作时则润滑油回复常温,而常温下的润滑油黏度较高而使毛细现象难以发生,如此,不需另外的控制机构就能产生润滑与否状态的改变,且还能避免移动体未动作时产生漏油的现象。
然,经过实际购买市面上贩卖的润滑油测试后,并无法藉由该导热件来让润滑油的黏度下降,使导油件产生毛细现象,故势必须研发一种能应用于此种加热式油箱的润滑油才能让此构想实施。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置及其使用的合成润滑油。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置,包含:一长轴;一移动体,其套设于该长轴;一润滑元件,其设置于该移动体,该润滑元件包含容置部、导热部及传导部,该导热部及传导部的一部分设于该容置部,该导热部的另一部分与该移动体接触并吸收该移动体的热能,使整个导热部的温度提升;该传导部另一部分与该长轴接触;该容置部具有合成润滑油。
该合成润滑油的主要原料由润滑油及蜡所构成,蜡的含量是介于5wt%~30wt%之间,而润滑油的含量是介于95wt%~70wt%之间。
所述蜡与润滑油的最佳组成比例,蜡为10wt%、润滑油为90wt%。
采用上述方案后,本发明具加热润滑元件的线性滑轨的传导部由羊毛毡所制作,藉由毛细原理将合成润滑油传导至需润滑的位置,而影响毛细原理的速率在于液体的浓稠度,故本发明的合成润滑油藉由蜡的含量来调整其浓稠度,而蜡的含量是介于5wt%~30wt%之间,若蜡含量低于5wt%,会造成本发明的合成润滑油无法达到预期固化的结果,而容易导致传导部供油速率过高;而若蜡含量超过30wt%,造成合成润滑油的固化程度过高,则需要以较高的温度来融化,举例来说,如果蜡的使用量超过30wt%,由实验得知须由41℃以上的温度才有办法将固体的合成润滑油转为液态,但由实验得知导热部所吸收到的移动体的热能通常介于30~40℃之间,故该温度无法在短时间内顺利将固体的合成润滑油转为液态,而让传导部能将合成润滑油传递至需润滑的位置,则会造成润滑不足的问题产生。
其中,润滑油的含量是介于重量95wt%~70wt%之间,若润滑油含量低于70wt%,本发明的自润材料可能无法有效地润滑线性传动元件,且自润材料的使用寿命减短,若润滑油含量高于95wt%,本发明的自润材料的固化效果不佳,导致传导部吸收合成润滑油的速率过快,而造成合成润滑油浪费。
藉此,本发明合成润滑油主要通过蜡与润滑油成分的重量比例调整,使合成润滑油的供应适当而不会浪费,达到良好的润滑效果,大幅改善传导部毛细现象供油速率过快的问题。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1至图4所示,为本发明一较佳实施例的图式,本发明一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置,本实施例是以滚珠螺杆为例子作说明,但并非限制应用于滚珠螺杆,亦可使用于线性滑轨等线性装置。由图式可了解,具加热润滑元件的滚珠3螺杆包含:一长轴1,其具有螺旋状的滚动沟11;一移动体2,具有一供该长轴1套设的穿孔21,该穿孔21的内缘面设有相对该滚动沟11的滚动槽211,该移动体2设有一与穿孔21连通的容置孔22,以及一与该容置孔22连通的定位孔23;一涂抹件8设置于该容置孔22,该涂抹件8的一端为涂抹端81,该涂抹端81与该滚动沟11接触,异于该涂抹端81的另一端以一覆盖件7盖设,以将该涂抹件8固定于容置孔22;一承载件4固定于该移动体2设有该定位孔23的端部,该承载件4具有一外螺纹41及承载部42;一锁固件5具有与该承载件4的外螺纹41螺合锁固的内螺纹51;一润滑元件6设置于该移动体2,该润滑元件6包含定位凸部61、容置部62、套设部63、导热部64及输出部65;该套设部63套设于该承载件4的承载部42,并以锁固件5锁固于该承载件4,将该润滑元件6固定于该承载件4,且该定位凸部61插设于该定位孔23中,如图4所示,该输出部65的输出端部651与该涂抹件8接触,该输出部65与该涂抹件8构成一传导部,该传导部的材质皆由羊毛毡作为材料制造;如图2所示,该导热部64及输出部65部分设于该容置部62,该导热部64的另一部分与该移动体2接触并吸收该移动体2的热能,而该导热部64与移动体2之间的接触面可涂抹导热材料如散热膏来增加导热性,使整个导热部64的温度提升,该导热部64由导热材质制造(如:铜);另外,该定位凸部61亦可由导热材质制造,如此可让位于定位凸部61的输出部温度提升让合成润滑油的流动性提升;该容置部62容置合成润滑油9,该传导部用以输出合成润滑油9至该滚动沟11。
该合成润滑油9的主要原料是由润滑油及蜡所构成,蜡的含量是介于5wt%~30wt%之间,而润滑油的含量是介于95wt%~70wt%之间,其中,合成润滑油最佳的组成比例,蜡为10wt%、润滑油为90wt%,在此情况下固化程度足够且含油量也较多。
而制作该合成润滑油的步骤依序为:将蜡加热至融化状态→将融化后的蜡加入至润滑油中→均匀搅拌→冷却固化,即完成本发明合成润滑油9的制作;而本发明润滑油的种类可能为矿物油、合成油、酯油等具有润滑效果的润滑油,本实施例为使用黏度68cst(VG68)的矿物油。而蜡的种类可以为精制石蜡、微晶蜡等固态蜡品,可视熔点需求选用不同的蜡作为固化成分,而本实施例使用精致石蜡,其化学式为CnH2n+2,其中n介于20~55、分子量介于280~800。如此即可让合成润滑油9固化,而当导热部64吸收移动体2的热能而提高本身温度时,即可将该合成润滑油9由固态转为液态,当合成润滑油9转为液态时,该传导部就会吸收该液态的合成润滑油9至滚动沟11,以达到润滑的效果;故本发明能达到移动体2运行时产生热能,导热部64吸收热能才会使合成润滑油9液化而提供润滑,而移动体2停止时则导热部64温度降低,让合成润滑油9固化而停止润滑,而达到避免合成润滑油9浪费的效果。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (3)
1.一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置,其特征在于,包含:一长轴;一移动体,其套设于该长轴;一润滑元件,其设置于该移动体,该润滑元件包含容置部、导热部及传导部,该导热部及传导部的一部分设于该容置部,该导热部的另一部分与该移动体接触并吸收该移动体的热能,使整个导热部的温度提升;该传导部另一部分与该长轴接触;该容置部具有合成润滑油。
2.一种具加热润滑元件的线性装置所使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:该合成润滑油的主要原料由润滑油及蜡所构成,蜡的含量是介于5wt%~30wt%之间,而润滑油的含量是介于95wt%~70wt%之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的具加热润滑元件的线性装置所使用的合成润滑油,其特征在于:所述蜡与润滑油的最佳组成比例,蜡为10wt%、润滑油为90wt%。
